United StatesThe hotel was clean, the rooms were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, I really really loved the spaciousness of the walk-in shower. The water pressure was also perfect, it was honestly the best shower I have ever had. The really enjoyed the breakfast. I also really liked that you get three vouchers for three adult beverages when you check-in, although I did not use them. It was my first time staying here, and it won't be my last. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting Cleveland.

QatarI really like this hotel. it’s amazing! I stayed here before, and this is my second time. The rooms are quite large, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, and the view is beautiful. Parking is open and always available. The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Diane, who made my stay even more pleasant.

The location could not be better in terms of proximity to Oberlin College. The lighting and decor were cheery. There were lots of personal touches. The kitchen was functional with the basic tools you would need to cook (though a pasta pot would have been helpful) The office was a nice touch, with a printer available to use and a great setup for work. The TV had streaming options. Plenty of pillows on the beds, fans in every bedroom, lots of outlets.

Spacious suite with space for working or watching TV. Large bedroom and bathroom. We separated our stay across two properties, wish we had booked the entirety of our stay here, it would have been worth the additional travel time. Panera right next door, and really close to a large variety of eateries, shopping, and activities.

The facility was extremely clean, the room was comfortable and fully equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans and dishes). The sitting area, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all very comfortable. The staff were excellent, and the manager went over and above to make sure we had a suite that accommodated an elderly family member. Maintenance staff were also very helpful when we needed to change temperature in the room and address a sewer odor coming from the handicap bathroom.

This was a very charming environment. The staff was very friendly and responsive. I accidentally left my kindle in the bedroom and the owner called me within hours and had it in the mail the same day—-cheerfully! I am so grateful.

The room is great, nice little French doors that separate the living room area from bedroom.Clean room however I always wipe down and sanitize the room anyway.Kitchen has everything you need, pot pans, 2 burner stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Plus full size fridge and freezer that makes ice. Tv in both living room and bed room. Bed is comfortable.

So, place looks run down and the halls looked sketchy. The bathroom had a hole on the door and some graffiti around it but it was words like sink, and door like someone wrote what had to be fixed. Those were the only iffies. Apart from that, the bedroom was exceptional and the beds soooooo comfortable. There was no noise all night and parking was plenty and safe. The clerk was helpful. The price was ok because the bedrooms seem to have been updated and we’re very clean.

The location was very nice. At the end of a street, with minimal to no noise whatsoever. The driveway was also very nice. Short, but enough room in the back for about 2 cars without covering the neighbors portion. The ac in both bedrooms being remote controlled along with the living room was also great. The door with the code was also great! It was very easy to use and works well.
