United StatesThe unit was clean & spacious. The hosts were exceptional in making us feel comfortable. We had a balcony which looked out over the park & the marina. The location was right in the center of everything, including restaurants. They rent golf carts too & guests get a discount. We got the impression that it is under new management. When I called with questions or went to the desk, staff were always pleasant & helpful. The hotel is located next to a restaurant/bar but there are quiet hours. The rooms are private entrance & the upper floor requires a key card. Despite just opening for the season, our room was ready. -We actually forgot check-in time but our room happened to be ready early.

Unfortunately for us the weather wasn't warm enough to swim so we didn't get to experience that for review, however the pool and hot tub looked clean and fun! The bar beside the pool was great and the server friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable, would def stay here again.

The front desk employees were very helpful because booking. com rescheduled my dates but didn't confirm with the hotel. But the staff were able to get me a room and they were very nice about the situation!
Also plenty of swimming pools!

I loved the location, right next to the water. There were 2 pools, which was nice to avoid over crowding. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved the balcony, I spent a lot of my time at the hotel on the balcony just over looking the water. We were 2 minute walk if that from downtown.

Not much the room was 90 degrees took over an hour to cool off the hot tub was disgusting look like a fungus pond

The resort is in a perfect location for us, a little outside of town but on the road to Millers Ferry. We ended up extending our stay by one night and even though we had to move rooms it worked out perfect, we checked out of our original room right into the new room. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The employees were all awesome.

Good location, close to restaurants and bars, but not so close that it's noisy. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. The owner was nice and helpful. Overall, this was a good stay and I would recommend it to others.

Breakfast was not offered, only coffee and juice. So many people were in the pool of our hotel that we couldn't even go in the pool area. Our room smelled horrible when we arrived. And we were charged $25 more than our booking receipt

The lady at the front desk is absolutely amazing. We came up for Jeep invasion an we decided to take out doors off. Instead of carrying them up to our room she let us put them in conference room. I couldn’t ask for a better staff. See ya next year!!

The host and rest of the staff were really nice and friendly. The rooms were clean,quiet, and comfortable. The on site golf cart rental was a very nice bonus feature.

Close to town. Plenty of room for our 4 couples ages 61-74. Air conditioning. Pretty quiet considering we were 1 block from town.

Room wasn’t very clean but the staff was amazing, the location was amazing and we had a great time. By not clean-fridge still had food and drink in it and there was a butt of a joint on the vent.
