The variety of breakfast offerings were good and all dishes were delicious. There is no direct room service, but you can order from the restaurant and do take away.

Affordable and Worth Every Penny The best part about this motel is it's incredibly affordable, making it a fantastic option for travelers like myself.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Friendly and Helpful Staff truly sets this place apart from any other motel/hotel in Tacoma. They are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. , The owners went out of their way to ensure my stay was as pleasant as possible. They were always willing to assist with any requests I had. It truly felt like a home away from home. I cannot recommend this motel highly enough. It's a hidden gem that offers great value, exceptional service, I look forward to staying here again .

Clean room and quite my stay was very good. The manager was very understanding and helpful. We have birds and the limit on pets is 2. The manager gave a chance but the birds was just to noisy and they got three complaints so it just didn't work out. I am not from indonisa don't know where that came from i am from here in Tacoma, WA.

The pillows were very comfortable. And the clean rooms. Running a business is being customer centric, and making sure the experience one gets is invaluable from inception. This is exactly what your Frontline staff Ashley did. She went out of her way to help with the little seamingly small things like showing you where breakfast is, the directions of stores around, and generally being nice. Most importantly, she didn't make you feel like u were bothering her with questions. She was happy to take them all.I think she is exceptional and the highlight to the stay

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and that coffee machine, WOW! That coffee machine was simply amazing! 24 / 7 fresh ground coffee, fresh brewed-WOW… and no extra charge!!! Loved it!
