Historical madrassah in the heart of Khiva. The rooms are what scholars used. You look out on the Kalta Minor. You eat in a madrassah next door. The breakfast is fabulous. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Excellent value for your money. The staff is very helpful.

It is clean and quite affordable

Awesome location inside the walled city. However, it's a residential area, so you have a less busy street. It feels more authentic. It's a couple of minutes' walk from the main attractions. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was complete. The hosts are very nice and kind, especially the little Suleiman who was very professional and lovely. My room was overlooking the minarette.

10/10 is not enough for the Feruzkhan Hotel. Everything about this place was amazing and fairytale like. The hotel itself is the most centrally located Madrasah in Khiva old town, built in late 19th century, where the guest rooms are the students' classrooms. Rooms are well equipped, the bathrooms are new and clean. The yard is comfortable for rest on the traditional uzbek-style tables and breakfast is delicious. Everything worth visiting in Khiva old town is within 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. The staff is friendly and arranged affordable transfers to and from the Airport of Urgench (40 minutes away by car). Honestly one of the best value places we have been at - don't miss it if you are around.

Amazing place with amazing stuffs, wonderful breakfast, the family treats us as we are king, I absolutely recommend the Guest house hotel for family 👪 and couples. We are definitely we will come back.

The staff was excellent, the owner was very nice and attentive. Breakfast was huge and delicious. The location is also great, close to everything in the old town. . Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay! The room was superb and spotless clean. The location was super close to the old town The lady hosting us was very gentle and kind, serving us breakfast every morning and cooking us dinner one night. The host was very helpful for informations Absolutely recommend!

Beautiful decorated, very traditional. Amazing breakfast! Free snacks all day long with coffe and tea! Everything superb! I was cold in the room and immediately they brought me a heater!
