I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. The service was impressively professional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I got to learn a lot about Vietnamese culture through various activities offered at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to stunning, unique sights. Despite being affordable, the hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable. The food was a standout—delicious and authentic. Overall, it was an amazing experience that combined great service, cultural immersion, and beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Vietnam.

I had a wonderful stay here; I even extended my visit because I enjoyed the place so much. The staff were excellent—the woman I interacted with spoke English quite well and was always enthusiastic about helping out. You shouldn't expect too much from this place; everything is quite basic, but it is perfectly acceptable given the value.

They picked us up from the bus stop and dropped us off when we left, which was super convenient. The family really takes care of everything to make sure you have an amazing stay. We loved the family dinner—it was a great chance to try new local food. There’s lots of space to relax and hang out. The homestay has everything you need: laundry, scooter and bicycle rentals, tours (we went to Paradise Cave tour, we recommend!), and even a delicious restaurant. We totally recommend it! Rooms are clean and the beds are really confortable.

Amazing value for money!! The owner and the whole family are super nice and helpful! Waited for us until midnight when we arrived, helped us to book an excellent cave tour in the last minute and a bus to our next destination. The price includes a very good breakfast and there is optional dinner if you come back from the tour and to tired to eat outside. The room was super clean. Big room and bathroom.

The host Sarah was very sweet and came to pick me up from the bus station when I arrived, she helped me pick a tour to do and made me breakfast before leaving. The room was very clean and ready very early. She made my stay so comfortable and made sure everything is good for me. I will definitely come back when I visit Phong Nha again!

Hugo and his family were so sweet and accommodating. The food was delicious, the pool was a lifesaver, and my bedroom was very comfortable and quiet.

The location is 3 minutes drive from the center, but I was happy to be in a calmer environment, by the river. The breakfast was delucious, you can choose from 4 options (noodle soup with egg, banana pancake, lemon pancake and omlette). As I always eat a lot for breakfast, sometimes I ordered an extra portion (additional price ~30k vnd), but normally it is enough and delicious. The staff is superkind, when we arrived they picked us up at the bus station at 10:30pm. They speak good english as well. Our room was sapcious and clean, good water pressure in the shower. It would be nice to have a wardrobe or aomething to put our towels on, otherwise everything was good. Vwry good value for the price! One of my favourite accomodation in Vietnam so far:))

Peaceful atmosphere. Friendly host and staffs. Trung - the host - recommended the itinerary and book the bus for me to go back to Quang Binh city. He is really helpful. The homestay is beyond my expectation. The lobby is spacious for resting and waiting for the bus tour to pick up. The room is very clean, simple but got enough facilities. Breakfast is included during the stay. There’s a pool in the backyard but I didnt have time to use it.

Nice room, very clean and tidy. I had a massage which was good. The owner helped us with tour booking and bus ticket to next location.

Tam was a super kind host. He let us check in early when we arrived on an early morning train. He helped arrange for a car for us to visit Paradise Cave. The room itself was comfortable and the wifi decent. Located a bit off the main street, it's quiet while still being in walking distance from restaurants and shops.

Cuban was very helpfull with everything. Also everything in the room was super nice, nice breakfast and good location. Dont look any further!!

Really great helpful host, very nice scenic views from the bungalows, can use bikes at the bungalow to ride around to see some amazing scenic routes close by! Hung also offers pick up and drop off to bus stations and great help with finding things to do.

A nice room and the best view on the Ke Bang national park. The staff were helpful and responsive. We ordered 2 tours to the caves with the Jungle Boss and were absolutely happy about our experiences with them. We decided to extend our stay, and the staff was efficient with organizing it. The bed has a mosquito net, AC in the room was also a big plus.

Very good location and friendly staff ! You can get your scooter directly from them ! The room was clean and quiet. We arrived very late in the night because of a delayed bus and they arranged a self check-in for us which was very helpful.

Right in the heart of town. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Let me take a moto out for a bit around town. Arranged a taxi for me to go to paradise cave that was fair price compared to grab. Breakfast was basic but good. Room was comfortable and good value for what I paid.

Loved this spot! Got the private villa and it was one of the nicest rooms I’ve had in Vietnam. All of the staff were awesome. They’ll take care of anything you need!

Great location and good price. The owners were so kind, thoughtful and helpful! They were always ready to help us, if we needed something. They dont really speak english, but we communicated via google translate Room was clean, air-condition worked and the views from the windows are amazing. Also free breakfast was nice. I highly recommend this place.
