This is really beautiful 5 star resort on the hill - if you are lucky enough with the weather, you can see mountains and the view is fantastic. We stayed in bungalow which was nicely decorated and has amazing wooden smell. They have sauna at the resort and few pools, we used it everyday, so relaxing

All the best words for this property already said. Central hotel, nearby church, SunPlaza, Market, Restaurants, shops..But the most thing about this hotel is staff. They did great jobs, understand and do the best thing for customers in their abilites. Room was cleaned, wifi so strong, wonderful breafast, bed very comfortable and hot bathtub with much hot water. After we checked out, we could leave luggages in hotel and rest in the lobby until night train.

The location was superb if you like being a bit out of the city centre. Sapa town is quite loud and busy and Laxsik is down the road and set amongst the rice fields and is much quieter. It’s about 20 minute ride into town and the hotel is excellent at arranging rides into town, and once you are in town there are plenty of taxis and electric cars that can take you back. Our room was very large and had a beautiful balcony we would often sit on. The pool was also fantastic to go into after a long day of hiking with a local villager arranged by the hotel. As was the dinner at the restaurant at the hotel as we were too tired to go too far for dinner after our hike! Would highly recommend staying here.

We got a free upgrade to room with a balcony and wonderful views of the mountains. The hotel is situated on the hilltop so is a bit of a walk to the market but they do have hourly shuttles. However, we enjoyed the walks. There are good restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant and bar is also very good. Rooms are spacious and the hotel grounds too are beautiful with a view of the city from the front. Loved the decor in the lobby and the fragrance too.

As our sleeper bus arrived 3am at Sapa, we can't check in yet but the staff is very kind , allow us to rest at the sofa area. Our room is big, spacious and very clean. Facing the mountain view and we get to see the Funicular passby from our balcony. Facilities is also good. They have inhouse spa, warm pool and infinity pool. Hotel nearby Hawa Halal Restaurant and Sun Plaza, Sapa Station. All are walking distance.

Lovely place in a great location to be able to access everything in Sapa and very close to the bus station. The host was very friendly. Our room was ‘upgraded’ on arrival to one at the front of the building with a balcony. It was a nice room with good Wi-Fi, hot water in the shower and the beds had electric blankets which was a nice touch given it is cold at the moment in Sapa!

The bed was very comfortable and we had an amazing view from our room and balcony. The restaurant was very nice with lots of options and not too expensive. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and it felt like a hotel. The best part of our stay were the included breakfasts, on the terrace that overlooked the stunning view of rice terraces.

It is located in the town area. Value for money. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also arranged transfers to and from lao cai train station. We got a free upgrade for our room as we reached super early, and our room was not available since we only stayed one night. Spacious and clean. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. Will definitely recommend and will come again.

The owner was very nice and upgraded both our rooms upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had minor issues (door not closing properly), which we reported to the owner. The breakfast was delicious and with enough choices for everyone. You can order multiple things, the Pho is worth a try! We booked a trekking tour via the hotel, which was also very good.

Kim, the manager is very forthcoming and helpful. After a warm welcome he assisted to book a tour, to book tickets to Fansipan without surcharge and was just overall very helpful. We had the family room with balcony which is highly recommended as you overlook the lake. It's very spacious and comfortable and good value for money. We'd go there again for location and value.

The view over the town and mountains all around . The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable + the bathroom was very functional and large. Staff and host were so friendly and welcoming , and our room was spotlessly clean with lovely decor and lots of light from a huge window opening onto a large balcony . The breakfast with outstanding views all around , and we had our breakfasts freshly prepared each morning .
