Exceptionally hotel with amazing staff and services. I wish I had booked this hotel in all of my previous stays in Hai Phong. I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️

I liked the location because there are restaurants nearby. The room is good. The staff is nice.

The room was clean and fresh, with a nice bed and pillows. Both the bed and pillows were soft. The place was quiet and peaceful, and the parking lot was good—I especially appreciated the security guard. The staff were nice and answered my questions properly.

It was convenient and all the things we needed, pool, grocery store, washing machine and clean. Bottled water in the room. Knew we needed clothes rack to dry and brought up to us without us asking.

It's quite close to train station, about 8 mins walking only. Landlord is very kind. You can hire a bike for 100k a day.

Spacious apartment, all the comforts of home. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. The staff really took care of us. Great location near the port, stores and restaurants.
