CanadaThe Art Gallery hotel is so charming and beautifully designed/decorated. The breakfast and little patio out the front to enjoy a drink was so relaxing. The staff were very attentive and so friendly. Sergio and Renley (not how you spell it in Albanian!), were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is in a great location! We had an amazing view of the amphitheatre ruins out of our window.

TurkeyLocation is easy to access beach, markets, exchange offices and estaurants. You can have free parking spot which is really important in the region. Receptionist lady is keen to help you for your comfort. Her English is fluent. She also prepared a to do list for us in our upcoming visit to Berat. We took advantage of that list and also enjoyed in Berat. Room that we stayed was 101, it was big and comfortable. Beds and furnitures were new. Decoration within the hotel and restaurant were also modern and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Although there were plenty of restaurants by the sea coast, ours was the most attractive and good for the value.

Amazing stay!!
The best thing about this lovely apartment was the sweet elderly lady and her husband who check you in. They live on the bottom floor of the building and were so kind to us throughout our stay. The host online was also very easy to reach out to.
The terrace/ balcony is HUGE and so amazing. Great kitchen facilities. Beautiful view. All in all very spacious property!
We really enjoyed the stay.

We stayed for a few days at this super clean hotel run by a very nice family in Ksamil. Our room had a sea view, was very spacious, and breakfast was good and served on our balcony. We even had our laundry done there (thank you - please increase prices as it was way too cheap!). The family put a lot of effort into making us feel welcomed and well-cared for.

The hotel is very light and cozy. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. We liked a lot a big balcony and stylish lights. All the staff was always friendly and smiley. The hotel is located next to an amazing private beach with a restaurant and all the needed facilities.

The hotel was overlooking Sarande bay. Our room was spotless clean, new fixtures and fittings. A good size bathroom, very good shower and new. The balcony tho small had a fabulous view of the bay. The staff were friendly and approachable. The two ladies who made breakfast on the rooftop terrace couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety for all tastes.

The room was spacious and had a balcony with a partial water view. It The location is great as very close to beach access and main restaurant street near beach but also fairly quiet as a couple of blocks away from noisy part of town.
Also has access to shared terrace in rear yard.
It is a good simple hotel run by very friendly and helpful host family. Good value.

Excellent location, literally 10 meters from the beach. Plenty of shops, markets, cafe, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Fantastic balcony/terrace with fascinating view. A reasonably sized apartment with a good-size living room and a separate bedroom. Well-equipped with all basic necessities available in the apartment.

The property was brand new. The room was nice and clean, with new beds and clean linen, big wardrobe, fridge , tv and air conditioner. The bathroom was contemporary looked like brand new, nice clean towels and hair dryer. There was a nice balcony with a nice view. On the terrace there was a big kitchen and fridge and freezer if you wanted to cook. Our room was on 3rd floor and there was a lift inside the building.
The beach was 5 minutes walk from the property, restaurants and fast food were plenty if you want to eat outside.

Spacious, nice outdoor terrace for evenings before dinner. Less than 10 mins walk to beach, restaurants etc. AC in bedrooms and living room. Fresh food (bread, homemade jam etc) delivered daily from the owner downstairs. Pick up service from ferry in Sarande was a huge bonus!

I stayed at Villa Era Beach in Sarandë and had a wonderful experience. The hotel rooms are clean, basic, and equipped with everything you need. Having a balcony is a nice bonus. The rooms are spacious enough, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite delicious. The owner, Matilda, was very helpful throughout our stay. The parking area is narrow, but the staff assists with this. Having a private beach is another great bonus. Enjoying an ice-cold draft beer while sunbathing on the sandy beach was fantastic.

Was sceptic about booking coz of no or very few reviews. But it was definitely a good choice. Spacious apartment with lovely terrace outside.
Kitchen well equippped. Separate living room and bedroom. Beach just 2min away. Owners very kind and helpful.

We would absolutely recommend this place! We loved our stay here - the family running the hotel really made us feel very welcome, and were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the sunset from the balcony, and the hotel's terrace area is filled with so many gorgeous plants and flowers - you can really feel the care that has been put into making the space beautiful. The breakfast was also incredible. We stayed without a car, but the beach is just a 20 minute walk away and taxis do operate in the area.

Super nice couple, friendly and willing to help, brought us locally hand made breakfast every day. Their coffee machine available is an amazing add on.

Very spacious flat, good air con in the bedroom.
Location is good too, close to a very calm and relaxing beach that has a great beach service.
We're always spectical about places with few number of reviews, but I'd definitely recommend it and would come back, it's everything brand new and of high quality.

Great location one street behind the beach walk. Very new hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Ample storage room for luggage and clothing. Cute balcony with side ocean view from our room. Air conditioning worked great. Pleasant service from staff.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel and would've loved to stay more. The location was very good, close to nice beaches and bars. Our room was spacious with a huge balcony that overlooks the sea. And the staff were very helpful, to the point that they took us personally to pick up a bag we forgot in the bus :) thank you for all!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was so very spacious and clean. Great balcony with sea and hills view. Breakfast was good, but not much choice of coffees, just a coffee machine doing espresso and a jug with hot americano coffee. A great selection of cakes, savoury options and fruit. The pool is quite small, but it is very nice on the terrace with the view.
