Our room was spacious, clean and recently renovated with a balcony and a little fridge. Very good breakfast and dinner. The hotel is nice with friendly and helpful staff. The private beach with deckchairs is across the road and it is not directly near the lake, it looks more like a stream. But it was quiet and we could hire boats, paddleboards. The hotel is close to a busy road, Billa is opposite the hotel. The area is great for cycling, walks or hiking and there are many places for swimming and water sports.

The appartment is well-equipped and very spacious, with two parking places in the garage. It has a large terrace looking towards the mountains. Perfect starting point for exploring Austria and Italy.

The house is a very typical Austrian style house in the small village of Kotschach. The house has everything you need, kitchen is very complete, a cosy living room and 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Outside is a nice garden and 2 terraces with mountain view. The owner, Barbara, is a very kind and friendly lady, if there is a question you can always ask her. And she gives good tips for day trips in the area.

Vey nice location with parking space and beautiful suroundings. The owner is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with a balcony and a view, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom big enough. The wi-fi was very good too. Breakfast was good and varied and it was nice that we had the option to have it at the garden.

We were searching for a place for one night due to car breakdown on the way home, so we were glad that we found something. Looked like a nice spacious apartment with balcony. It was bearable for one night only, BUT!

Everything was perfect, excellent amenities, fine dining - more like slow food menu, attentive staff. Our upgraded room unfortunately lacked balcony and the window could not be opened; after spending one night in it we informed the reception and were immediately moved to new room. Great plus is also summer plus card which entitles you to unlimited rides with lifts(plus other attractions) and very reasonable prices of drinks in restaurants, lobby and pool bar. We will definitely come back.

Location and tranquility. Barry and Sigrid are excellent hosts and make you feel at home during your stay.
My room was spacious with excellent facilities. There is also a balcony you can sit out on and relax. The breakfast included is superb homemade smoothies, bread, cheeses, meats etc to get your day moving in the right direction. There is even a 17 year old cat who's name escapes me for all you cat lovers. Who loves his belly rubbed.

Very nice and spacious appartment with two bedrooms (2p & 3p) and two separate bathrooms so perfect for parents & kids.
Appartment was very clean and wonderfully located at the start of the Gruppensteinschlucht, a beautiful hike alongside the waterfalls in the mountains.
Loved the small dishwasher so it was lovely to cook in the appartment.

Very spacious apartment located close to the station and next to the parking lot. The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the living room is so big that it could host about ten people.

What a lovely hotel this is. Up in the mountains with superb views. We upgraded to a room with a balcony for just 15 euros which was well worth it! Half board option and food was lovely. Home cooked and tasty! Great breakfast too. Biker friendly . Safe parking in a very quiet location. Family run which shows. Perfect service. Schenic pool which was cool but refreshing after a days ride. The best hotel we stayed in during our 3 week tour!! Would go back without any hesitation!!

Sandra was so welcoming and accommodating. She cooked us scrambled eggs in the morning from their farm, to add to the already delicious and comprehensive breakfast. Our room was big and comfortable and so clean. We had access to the balcony with the same stunning view as the breakfast room.
