The staff is nice and willing to help. The room was clean, spacious enough with nice bathroom and balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was open before the check in so we could refresh from the heat outside (it was over 40 degrees that day in Sandanski).
The place around the hotel feels safe to walk in night and is close to the main street, restaurants and shops.
Generally the hotel is a great value for money.

We booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean and cosy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were roller blinds on the windows. AC, TV, fridge, wardrobe. One of the rooms had a balcony. It was quiet at night.
There is a small garden with a coach and a terrace with a table and chairs where you can rest, have a drink and enjoy the view.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice time, thank you!

Breakfast was very good! Delicious and provided many options. I loved the location and the look of the hotel. I loved the terrace from our room, the views were stunning at sunset. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

A spacious apartment in the city center.
The main pedestrian street is just a few blocks away. The large city park is very close as well.
There was a large bedroom and a decent kitchenette equipped with everything needed.
The apartment was clean, the host was very kind and accommodated all our requests.
They have a private underground parking with easy access. An elevator takes you directly to the room.

Delicious and varied breakfast, spacious rooms, large balcony. Lobby bar has a wide range of drinks and prices are affordable. Arcade games and billiard were great way to spend time with children. The pool is big and impressive. Children's playground outside has a lot of space and facilities. The staff is attentive and do their best to help in every matter.

A lovely apartment. We loved the natural light coming through the big windows and the view of the mountains from the balcony. Great location - right next door to a big supermarket and 10 minutes walk to the main square and bus station. The appartment was very clean and spacious. It felt like a home away from home! Great communication from the host.

Our apartment was excellent for a family with two children. Two separate bedrooms, each one with a balcony and beautiful view, with a shared bathroom. There is a nice kitchen area downstairs. There was even a trampoline in the yard that my kids enjoyed. The place is very close to downtown, 8 min walk. The property is very well maintained, clean, and the owner is very friendly, kind and helpful. The place has a real feel for a typical Bulgarian home with tomatoes growing in the garden and trees in the yard, it felt homey.

The apartment really looks exactly as in the photos. The advantage is the phenomenal view from the balcony, btw. you can see Kutelo hill (2.908m). The apartment is excellently furnished - there is a balcony, separate bedroom, couch, kitchen, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, etc. It is necessary to drive to Razlog and Bansko, there is a small shop nearby at the beginning of the street. There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool for guests within the complex. Satisfaction for us.

- The view from the 2 balconies is superb (you can see all the city from up above while you drink your coffee).
- The apartment has air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you need for self catering.

This is my 4th time visiting in the past 10 years. The SPA was great (although no staff available), swimming pool was well heated and comfortable. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen with a coffee maker and a kettle, washing machine too, beautiful view towards the golf club, room was clean (apart from the top of the wardrobe and some spider webs on the terrace), location is good.

Our hosts were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard, and hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. Balcony spacious and private, and we were grateful for the electric barbecue. Beautiful mountain views from balcony and peaceful area. Private parking was great to have, and centre was a short drive away. So much to see and do, we wish we could have stayed longer.
