United StatesVery nice place located in a quiet, serene village. The guest house is very well maintained and nicely decorated, and the rooms are comfortable, quiet and functional. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable. All support personnel was very attentive, friendly and caring. This property is located a few minutes walk from the sea. There is no beach there but there are rock formations worth seeing and plenty of opportunity to walk along the shores. We did day trips to Balcik, cap Kaliakra, Durankulak, and Ezerets. Highly recommended.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They did all that they could to offer me a vegetarian breakfast. They answered all my questions about the city and looked up the bus station number for me. Very friendly and nice people. The hotel is very close to the seaside alley. The only thing is that the city, other than the seaside, is deserted after 10 pm but it is supposed to be safe. My room had a balcony and a seaside view, which was also very nice. There are beautiful paintings everywhere in the hotel.

Truly a fantastic resort - on an excellent spot overviewing the Black Sea, with five pools, three restaurants, lots of vegetation and parking, with an aquapark in immediate vicinity. Apartment was spacious, very well equipped, with two bathrooms and big terrace looking to the sea. Majestic view of the sea!! Staff was friendly and helpful, regularly changing towels and linen and generally assisting in all occasions. All three restaurants are highly recommendable.

We had a Studio. It was spacious and clean.
The AC unit worked properly and chilled the room.
There was a dryer in the balcony.
The room had a view to a back yard, and in the distance you could see the sea.
Free parking.
Very kind host, attentive to customers‘ needs.

It was our second time in this hotel. The location is excellent, the view from the spacious balcony is outstanding, the receptionists were all very welcoming and helpful to us, the food in the restaurant was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Tyulenovo hotel becomes our favourite place on the Nord coast.

A good value for the money. Our room was ready by the time we arrived, and we were immediately offered to check-in, which happens quite rarely, so we appreciated this nice touch. The room turned out to be spacious and clean, except for the balcony. However, the view from the balcony was charming! The food was varied, and we could always find a dish that suited our tastes.

The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable, clean, everything is new and equipped with everything necessary. The communication with the host was very good, and the access to the property was very easy because the keys were in a box near the door for which I received the code on the day the stay began. The beach is very close, at most 400 m from the property. From the balcony of our room we could look at the sea. We will definitely come back!

Great position, central, near the Botanical garden and castle. Free access to the pool and parking. We received free upgrade from the standard to the superior room, which was very comfortable, clean and with balcony. Good breakfast.

The lady at reception was absolutely great! She upgraded our room to a sea view for free and helped get a cheap taxi for the wedding we were attending, and was just really happy to help out with everything.

Excellent location, easy to find. Private parking. Spacious apartment, very elegant, very clean, equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed and pillows. We drank coffee on the terrace overlooking the sea. Lydia, the host. was very helpful. Everything was perfect. We will come back with love!

The room was very nice and spacious, with an amazing view, with a big bed, a big bathroom, a big balcony, with robes, slippers, well equipped minibar, in short everything you need for your personal comfort. Breakfast was also delicious, with a lot of choices.
