ArmeniaHotel was nice, was designed very creative. The booked room was the same how is in the pictures. I liked our room a lot, because of panorama windows, cleanliness and very comfortable mattresses. There was free drinking water and tea in the room. And the breakfast was quite attractive also. We stayed there for one night. From the hotel to bus station in a taxi was 5 lev. Thanks a lot, I enjoyed it.

Incredible views from the large balcony, we really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is on the top floor and feels very spacious for 3 people. everything was clean, AC was good. location also on point, 8min walk down to the beach, there are a couple good restaurants walking distance as well as markets. Host was very responsive and helpful, big thanks!

Loved our stay in the La Mer complex. The room was clean, spacious, the terrace view was great.
The sand on the beach was clean and the sea was also crystal clear.
Our host was very sociable and helpful at any time with the information we needed.
I'd surely return and I recommend anyone to stay here.

The apartment was clean, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was on the first floor with a short flight of stairs. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and each room had its own AC unit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with us. We travelled with three kids aged 5 and under and thought the apartment was perfect for us. We were also able to find another apartment to rent across the street and accommodate our parents.

Extremely lovely & friendly staff, hotel also has a restaurant with a lovely menu for the evening. Hotel location is no more than 5 minute walk away from the local beach, nearby shops & other restaurants are also located. Rooms and bathroom were spacious, our room also had a large balcony.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the city centre. Our room was clean and tidy, had a view of the sea, a big balcony and the owners were very polite and helpful! Would recommend 100%!

Super spacious apartment, clean, with a nice balcony. Superb yard with a plesant pool, fresh water shower next to it, underground parking places, darts, table tennis, bbq area. The person who takes care of the pool & yard is a rare find of dedication (so dilligent as if he really loves this place, very helpful with the parking). Quick & easy check-in & check-out. Cool roof terrace with a great view. Close to the village centre.

The view is really breathtaking. And the silence is priceless. This place has everything you need. It is spacious, bright, clean and perfectly safe. Good AC, great wifi and smart tv with netflix and all. You can park right under the balcony. There is the wonderful south beach at a 10 minutes walking distance. And the excellent Panorama or Okoto restaurants are nearby. Byala is a charming little town and this apartment a true gem. Yet, the best part may be the host, caring and discreet. We will be back for sure.

Everything in the studio is new, it was very clean, has everything you need, very spacious, two sofas with a table - one in the living room, one on a big balcony, the location is very quiet, has plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The hosts are very friendly and always willing to help.

The view from balcony wonderful! Pool warm and clean, kids loved it. Apartment is spacious, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and kitchen with everything you need.
It's almost in the middle of fields, but with car it's ok.
Beach is about 25min on foot, cause the nearest beach is unguarded and near harbour.nearest shops and restaurants also about 15-20min on foot.

Very smelly so called apartmant. 2 bedrooms are really one room with some block in between.Bathroom is the worst, you can't take a shower properly. Avoid this place.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a good size, relatively well-stocked kitchen. Nice location on a quiet street, within a 10-minute walk to the beach. We also appreciated having separate bathroom and toilet rooms. The host provided very clear instructions for checking in and out. Overall, great place to spend a week with a family!
