My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made each morning feel special. The amenities, especially the pool were fantastic and well-maintained. I also enjoyed dining at their restaurant—delicious food and a great ambiance. Overall, I had a memorable experience and can’t wait to return. Spacious 2 bed apartment with amazing bathrooms , toiletries and high spec kitchen. Excellent aircon (it was 32°). Huge comfy beds, black out curtains (good if you've got jet lag). Fantastic pool, hot tubs, sauna, mountain views, balcony, reasonably priced bar/restaurant given the high standard of hotel
Given opportunity to upgrade few days before check in to 2 beds for almost no more money

I was pleasantly surprised with size of the room We booked a room with 2 queen beds and our room had a second bedroom with the second bed The room was very clean and spacious and newly renovated with nice decorative touches
The linens were clean and fresh
The motel was handy to the highway so it was easy to find

Spacious rooms, if you are lucky a huge balcony with lots of trees outside, fully equipped small kitchen. Everything in good shape, no loose toilet roll hangers etc. And our room was very clean. I stayed at several motels in Canada and in relation to your typical motel experience, this one was refreshingly great! And the owner is super nice and funny.

Great central location within easy walking distance of the Waterfront. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was spacious and quiet with an outside roof terrace. The bed was superbly comfortable!!

The room was good although we willingly went from a two bed to a one bed room. The staff was so good in improving the room by giving us the use of the kitchen which was joined to our room. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We always like staying at Hillcrest. Our room was upgraded this time. The balcony overlooking the mountains at the back of the hotel was lovely and a good place for our dog to cool off. Love that Coast Hotels are so pet friendly. And this one, located out of town as it is has some great empty spaces for dog walking. Staff were lively!

The two bedroom apartment was super spacious and felt luxurious. It had all the amenities. You’d need plus added bonus of a large balcony, fireplace, underfloor heating and free parking.

The two-bedroom penthouse was better than we had hoped. It was immaculate and had everything you could need. The condo was so spacious and had more than enough room for the 3 of us. The view from the deck was just incredible! We really enjoyed the pools, the steam room, the restaurant, the winery, and walks around the property. The desert museum is great as well. The staff make it memorable as they are so friendly, attentive and professional.

I really liked the style of the hotel (in spite of having no lift!) and being able to sit and relax in various places in the hotel especially on the balcony. My room was spacious, comfortable and light. It was only a short stroll into town which was an added bonus.

The location is perfect, close to Marine Dr and the Pier. We discovered a very nice farmers Market on Sunday that was also only a few minutes away. Donna was amazing - a very kind and gracious host - she treated us very well, she certainly takes pride in hosting. Our room was beautiful , had everything you need, even a rose on our pillow. Our penthouse suite had a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Her morning breakfast was delicious - even the presentation was amazing.
Would highly recommend and we definitely stay again.

My room was spotless clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The spacious balcony with great views was such a plus. The facicilities are all new, nice and clean. The hotel is right on the beach in beautiful surroundings. Restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all on the same block, so can't beat the location.
Some of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and polite, friendly people. This place is pet friendly through and through. My all in all experience was great and I would return to Watermark Beach Resort.
