AustraliaLocation was excpetioanl - easy walking access to everything. Facilities all high end. Staff amazing. We had a car and thankfully there was a valet service as the front entry to the hotel is a main street and parking is on the footpath. Breakfast was delicious.

OmanWonderful place to stay! Staff are very nice and helpful! At your service day and night. The lake view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast was absolutely perfect 👌 Public parking just in front of the hotel with charging station for EV vehicles (you will get 30% discount from the hotel for using the parkings) and BP station just few meters away with a shop which you can buy all your daily needs. Bus stop just in front of the hotel and Train station just 5 mins away and with the hotel guest you can use both free of charge to reach out any point in Geneva! Rooms are super clean, big bathroom, 24 hours service.

United StatesLocation is ok. It's a bit far from groceries, coffee shops but with a rented car it wasn't a major issue. It was just a one-day stay and we went out quite a bit and both apts were decent enough for a night sleep.

This hotel has everything you need for a short stay in Lausanne , very welcoming staff, superb spacious bathroom and shower , our room had a private terrace. The area is served by metro M2 but is also close to the cathedral and 25 min walk (downhill) to the lake .

Well located hotel 5 min away from the train station and metro line 2 (but you have to walk up and it is steep, especially with luggage - you can also take a cab from somewhere else as the pedestrian street also accepts cars at reduced speeds). Rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Great also we had our room early (12pm) which was much appreciated. The patio area has a lot of sitting and plugs, you can sit there for free (as a guest) or enjoy a quiet afternoon with a view over the semi tropical garden. Definitely give it a try.

Everything was brilliant: the view from the balcony is amazing, the room is quite spacious with a carved wooden ceiling, the bed is very soft, like a cloud with feather duvets and down pillows.

Fantastic view from bedroom with windows that opened fully and a balcony

Staff at reception and terrace were helpful and where there were little glitches, they took common sense approach and didn’t turn anything in to an issue
Dined in restaurant once and food was very good and nicely presented.

rooms were large, beds comfortable, everything very clean. Excellent breakfast. easy parking. easy check in. it's a bit out of the way, but we wanted a 2 bedroom so it was perfect for us. cute little town. Even has an elevator.

The hotel is very nice and new, our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was nice and attentive. It’s a bit far from the main town but there’s a train station nearby. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was superb! Will definitely come back.

Beautiful setting in the lovely winyards of Lavaux. Great for walking and enjoying winter. Old wine castle. Spacious practical rooms with a kitchen and different rooms which is great when you have teenagers. Don’t miss the breakfast at the terrace.

Lovely lake view from the big terrace of the property. Big living room with kitchen and all equipment , separate wc. 2 bedroom , 1 bathroom. It’s a 10 minute bus ride from the Montreux station, Chillon Castle is just 10 minutes walk from property. Use the lake side walkway. Opp the property.

The apartment is really modern and has all the basic needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living room had plenty of light an a big sofa to relax plus also a big TV with Netflix connection. The bedroom was nice with an extremely comfortable bed. Special mention to the balcony with incredible views to sit and get breakfast.

Our room was lovely, very spacious and a great view too. Two sinks in the bathroom is always a bonus! Coffee machine too although more milk would have been better and fresh milk even better!
The festival decor is great in the hotel even if you're not into jazz.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice and nice quality.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel's location is one of the best in Montreux with spectacular views of the lake and a short walk from the railway station. The staff was very friendly and very kind, and they upgraded both our rooms. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of choices. The rooms were clean; best part was the views of the lake and the balconies. We would highly recommend staying here.

The location, the friendly staff, exquisite restaurant on terrace with beautiful views, beautiful spacious rooms with a view of the lake and mountains. 24m swimming pool with deep end and excellent Spa with professional therapists. Housekeeping was exceptional, we really appreciated their attention to detail.
