Location is close to the station, supermarket and short walk to city square.
Rooms were clean. Nice size for a family with an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds and larger double. Good coffee pods for morning and spacious bathroom. Staff were helpful.

The location is great -very close to the station and the lake. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The room is quite basic - no kettle or tea bags in there but I asked at the reception of the sister hotel and they were happy to supply me with them. They also gave us an adaptor when we realisedthe one we had didn't fit.

Super charming! In the historic walking section of Lucerne. Such a Swiss feel with lots of history. The staff bent over backward to help us- Dominique and Severin were amazing - putting a fan in our room to cool it on a warm day (no ac in this 500 year old hotel) and Severin got me the canopy bed room I wanted! Dominique helped us when we had parking issues at the super close parking garage (lost our ticket : / ) Breakfast was delicious with a ton of options (even eggs!)

A lovely hotel,very friendly staff and our room had a balcony which was an added bonus. The meals in the restaurant were very good and the bus service into Lucerne was always on time.

The apartment is very big and spacious and the balcony has views of Mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus! The kitchen is well equipped and even has spices to use for cooking. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the Kriens Nidfeld busstop, and the bus only takes 10 minutes to Luzern train station.

The room was amazing. The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The space was more than enough, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was perfect, and the amenities were plentiful, including a Dyson hair dryer. They provided two bottles of water every day, even though the tap water was drinkable. The location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. The bar was spacious, and I liked the cozy atmosphere. The staff at reception was the most helpful and cheerful person I have ever seen.

This is a family run hotel and you can notice this immediately as everyone was super friendly and helpful. We had a 'basic' room, but this one was spacious, separate bathroom and toilet and had a terrace with view on the lake. We also had a great evening at the restaurant with the twins Gabor and Adam and the food was great. Overall are stay exceeded our expectations, we will come back!

Lady at the reception , I think her name was Cristiane(not sure if I got the name right) was very helpful throughout the stay.
She helped us with upgrade just bcoz our rooms bathroom light was not working.
