Enjoyed everything about this place! Johnny met us for checkin. Sabrina was a server in alllll the restaurants and was very attentive. Amy was our server for an incredible steak dinner at 400 Degree steakhouse. It was definitely the time of year we visited because we felt like we were the only guests there. There’s no way this place during their busy season isn’t fully booked - make sure your book early for their high season stay or go in the off season like we did….So quiet and peaceful!

The hotel is absolutely charming and comfortable. We thoroughly appreciated the Alpine decor along with the professional & friendly people who run the hotel . The restaurant is to be highly recommended

It’s a family owned rustic hotel, very clean and cosy. The owners are very attentive. You could hear cow’s bells near buy, which I found very relaxing. Common bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was wonderful

The view from my room was amazing. The breakfast was exceptional but the coffee machine stole the show.

Great location, accessible by car or mass transit (train+boat), kind personnel, excellent food, comfortable rooms with terrace or balcony with excellent views to the lake and mountains.Small pool for kids and access to the lake.

Great view from the balcony of our room! Property has a western view and we were gifted two amazing sunsets over the lake, one from the secret lakeside sauna. Wonderful spa! and a close walk to the train up to the top of Mt Rigi. Nice restaurant for dinner and amazing breakfast included.

amazing location directly at the lake with stunning view of Bürgenstock and the other surrounding mountains. Easy to reach by boat, bus, car or bike. Lovely garden with lounges to spend some hours in the sun at the lake. The owner is extremely friendly and attentive and very keen to make one's stay perfect and to conquer to everyone's needs. Lots of activities to do like swimming in the lake, stand up paddling, kayaking, hiking, bike riding.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful, they even spent our first evening having beer with us on their property (which they provided!). The cabin had everything you might need, was sparkling clean and you could tell they take a lot of pride in the home they provide for guests. It was one of the best stays I have ever had.

What an amazing stay we had. We swam tice a day and were treated like kings by the staff. So accommodating and friendly. they even gave us a tip on a ridge line hike in the area that was the highlight to our entire European trip.

The view and the pool were highlights.

Amazing lake views and very quiet location. Restaurant with great food downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking space. Bike rental at doorstep. Super comfortable apartment with all you need for a great stay. Easy town and supermarkets access.
