The host Fabian is a wonderful and very friendly man who does whatever he can to help you have a great stay. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the heating and shower worked well. The hostel is in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood a short Uber or bus ride to the city center. I'd definitely here stay again!

It’s a nice chilled out property, which has a feel of a student house in a good way. 4 bedrooms that are each rented out as individual places. For the price point in comparison to what is available in the city it is very good.

New and very well designed place. Spacious rooms with views to nearby mountains, wooden terrace with trees. Very convenient for late/early departures - separate guest entrance with code lock and breakfast comes prepacked in the room. Room was very warm and had heated towel/cloth hangers - perfect if weather outside wasn't the best. And owners are really attentive and friendly.

Very friendly owner who personaly did the airport shuttle. Even drove us to the PDI station after dropping off our luggage. Appartment cozy and spacious bedroom, super clean, attention for details! Fresh baked bread for breakfast. Cats around the property which come in (when invited).

Perfect location to explore Punta Arenas and is super close to the bus station. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast will be ready even if you leave early.

Our apartment had two bedrooms, one bath, and a kitchen, living, dining room combination. The staff were helpful. It was an easy walk to the sights in Punta Arenas and to the boat pier where we caught our expedition cruise. Breakfast was left in the apartment each afternoon for the following morning; it was adequate and appreciated. We loved that there is someone at the front desk at all times which meant there was no issue regarding check-in and out.

It is a very modern apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place is very clean and at a great location. Communication with the host was great. I honestly think that this should be your first idea of a place to stay in Puerto Natales.

The facility has all you need, including two bedrooms, dining room. full kitchen, and a shower. All very clean, everything works. There is a lot of space, so we can easily sort out all our gear before going to Torres del Paine park. The view from the main bedroom window down on Punta Arenas and the Straight of Magellan is great. The mirador Cerro de la Cruz is just 2 minutes away.

Very cute little hotel/hostel! I think all the bedrooms had private bathrooms, which was very nice. The common area was sunlit and very cozy to hang out in. There was always tea and hot cocoa available that you could make yourself. Breakfast in the morning was simple but enough. Beds and pillows were good and comfortable. Had a solid night's rest here. Good water pressure in the showers.
