EgyptI stayed for six nights, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with an efficiently equipped kitchen—perfect for a short stay.
The self check-in process was simple and convenient, using just the family name. The hosts provided me with a fan and an iron as my prior request, which I truly appreciated.
Although the property is a bit outside Cologne, the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away (about 280 m). From there, it takes around 30 minutes to reach the city center. Within walking distance (600–800 m), you’ll also find restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
The location itself is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to rest and enjoy a good night’s sleep.
I loved everything about my stay here and would highly recommend it.

NetherlandsWe stayed an extra night at Haus Stehlings, unfortunately the apartment (Monschau Suite) we stayed at on the previous days was already taken for that extra night. The room switch went smooth with an easy key swap by the entrance. This room (Tuchmacherzimmer) was a lot smaller than the Monschau Suite, but more than fine for the night!
The room was clean and the bed was as comfortable as the one in the Monschau Suite. The refrigerator was very convenient as we had some food and drinks to keep cold before our journey home. Johannes and his staff are always friendly and easy to reach by phone or whatsapp. We’ve stayed in Monschau numerous times and we can’t help but come back to Haus Stehlings! The sound of the river right next to Haus Stehlings and the monumental atmosphere of the apartment complex are amazing. 100% recommend!

The location of the hotel was amazing and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was very close to the main shopping & restaurant area. We were there for the Coldplay concert and the hotel was very close to the Merkur Spiel Arena. The airport was also a very short drive away. The Jr. Presidential suite which we got upgraded to because of the issues we had with our rooms was really nice.

After reading the reviews of this hotel, we didn't have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised with our room. Yes, this is a budget hotel so there are no extra luxeries but we found it to be very good value for money. Room was spacious enough, beds were really good as I prefer them to be quite firm. Toilet and shower were small but they are inside the private room so that was no issue for us. Room was also clean and parking instructions clear.

The location for the Hauptbahnhof is perfect, the rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bar was also great and exceeded my expectations - the bar staff make superb cocktails and were very friendly, which was a real bonus. I also liked the outside terrace at the back where you could sit and have a drink. I had expected it to be a functional hotel, but hadn't expected it to be as nice as it was. It is excellent value overall.

a fantastic place of peace and strength in the middle of the green oasis with historical history. Great outside terrace by the river, great hotel with elevator and spacious rooms. Very upscale atmosphere for all occasions, with its own church and great hiking trails right in front of the hotel door. Free parking at the hotel. Very friendly staff

The hostel is nice, clean and also are the rooms. In my 10 bed dorm, i was feeling like staying in a 4 or 6 bed room, because of the ground plan of the room. Shower and toilets just next door, exclusive for our room!

Nice quiet spacious room with good beds. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The provided baby bed was good. We appreciated the free bathrobes and entry to the swimming pool. A good and secure parking. Very friendly and service minded staff. Last but not least, the breakfast is a solid 10/10!

This is a great little hostel! The rooms are amazing- clean and each have a different theme: I stayed in the all female women dorm which was a ballerina style. The beds are spacious doubles with curtains for privacy. I got on really well with everyone at the hostel, the girls in my room were so nice, we all had a chat over drinks in the bar downstairs. The staff are lovely and ready to answer all your questions. The bathrooms are well cleaned and supplied, and the communal living room was a lovely space with free coffee, tea and water.

The hosts were very nice and welcoming. Room was well equipped with little extra's (nice eye for detail). Our room had a big terrace to sit outside with beautiful view. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Parking right at the B&B.

Very nice place for an overnight stay for our holiday trip. The family room (in a separate building) we had was excellen! Llvery spacious, with a little kitchen, extra bedroom on the attic, lovely for the kids. And a charger for the car!
