UkraineWe stayed at the end of October, so the hotel wasn't crowded at all, which is a big plus. Hotel is at the very nice location, the interior is amazing, beach is spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the territory is well maintained and its clean everywhere. Very good breakfast. Will be back for sure.

The hotel is very modern and all the furniture is brand new. The hotel lobby is very elegant. The Front Office team and management are very friendly and professional. The service at the breakfast is very good but the food quality and variety could be better. The cleanliness within the bedroom is ok but could be better, however the House Keeping Supervisor (Noor) was very helpful and professional.

The room was great- 2-beds room. It had AC that worked well and a refrigerator.
The location was absolutely perfect! It’s within walking distance to the mamsha- maybe 5 minutes. And the public microbus station is about 1 minute away walking also. 10 pounds to go to any beach. We went to AbayD, Marwa, and Cleopatra.
There are many restaurants, cafes, juice shops, and stores nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this chalet near the beach. It was well-furnished, clean, and had all the amenities, including a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and inviting.
The owner’s hospitality was exceptional, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their warm welcome and helpful tips were much appreciated.
Overall, this chalet is a perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel lives up to international 5 stars standard. Clean, friendly and helpful staffs, great service , spacious room fully equipped, amazing breakfast, breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, super good value. They offered us welcome desert and an upgrade. Very generous!

Traveling from Cairo to Matruh, we arrived overly late for dinner, but the manager of the restaurant, Ziad Muhammad, graciously arranged an assortment of dishes to be sent up to our room, so, after a long day of travelling, we felt in comfort.
Returning from Siwa to Matruh, the Hotel manager gave us the pleasant surprise of an upgraded room, which allowed us to enjoy the magificient view over the Corniche and the Mediterranean.
