NetherlandsThe hotel is newly renovated and therefore very modern and well equipped. The brunch until 13:30 is amazing, offering even soy and oat milk. Staff is always with a smile on the face and happy to help with anything. I was working from the brunch area during my stay, the WiFi is working perfectly fine for video calls. It’s easy to find free parking around the hotel and the walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. Gym is small but well equipped with weights, cardio machines, small mats, thick elastic bands and free towels.
Thank you for everything, I had an amazing stay and am looking forward to coming back!

Our room was amazing and spacious with a great balcony. The breakfast was great and our distance and view of the beach was so close and incredible ! The staff were outstanding and everything was done so swift and kept so clean. The hotel had free use of many water toys left by previous guests. The ability to store luggage and book a time slot to wash up before finally leaving for the airport is an outstanding hospitality service and much appreciated.

The hotel building and ground floor decor is beautiful. We stayed in one of the attic rooms which was really spacious, bright and clean with a lovely balcony view. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the lovely terrace area. Pool area was lovely and was never crowded. Few minutes walk into Soller, with an array of eateries. I would highly recommend this hotel and the area.

Very warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. Rooms nice and comfortable, spacious balcony. Food was amazing! Loved the breakfast.
The highlight of my stay was rooftop terrace, great spot to soak up the sun, most of the time empty (which was a bonus!) with a pool- quite small- but big enough to get a refreshing dip.
Overall I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms, so clean and spacious. Upgrade to balcony with sea view was 1000% worth it. The most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. Nice and tranquil hotel. AMAZING value for money.

We loved the hotel reception, baand outdoor restaurant area. Gorgeous vintage pieces, a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Pool is good size with comfy, good quality sunbeds . We particularly liked the little fish pond full of frogs excellent for wildlife . Very well looked after gardens . Our room was lovely , spacious, and well equipped . Two armchairs ( one of my pet hates is one chair for two people)
Balcony also had good quality, comfortable furniture and view of pool and gardens . Would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations - it was beautiful inside and outside. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped give recommendations about the local area. The hotel was in an excellent location and a short walk from some lovely restaurants. The scenery from the hotel was beautiful from the terrace, and the breakfast was delicious. We will be staying here again!

Apartment very big, each bedroom had its own bathrom, very spacious and big nice terrace. The staff wqs super nice and super helpful/friendly. The aparment had also a wash machine which was great.

We stayed in a family room (in fact consisting of two adjacent rooms), which was quite spacious and newly refurbished. One of its advantages was definitely an above-standard king bed in the "master" bedroom. We also enjoyed a large bathroom with a huge shower. Having a drink at the bar on a large terrace with a spectacular view of both the sea and the city was a nice experience as well.

Great location for watching the harbour and able to walk along easily into the town.
Bright modern rooms we upgraded to an balcony as the room I booked didn't have one which i didn't realise. Lovely terrace area and small pool to relax.
Plentiful breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location,few steps from the beach. Roof terrace is perfect, since there is shower that is missing on the beach. Kitchen very well equipped.Spacious. Nice, big balcony to sit and watch the sea. White, clean bedsheets and towels. Very nice place, we would come again. Amazing sea, warm and clean like in Caribic.

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. High end fitted and very clean. Nice restaurant, very tasty breakfast and great view over the length of the bay and beach. Very nice pool overlooking the area. Hotel is practically directly located at the beach, with interesting restaurants and bars on short walking distance. We were upgraded to a room with sea view, overlooking the bay. Totally great and very chill to relax. Very comfy balcony chairs. Very good bed and very spacious room.

- air conditioning in all bedrooms
- spacious upper balcony which overlooks the pool

Room - room type we had was very spacious (double room). Really nice bathroom, with great shower (although recommend for couples only as you can see into the bathroom/shower from the bedroom). Although note mini bar empty and coffee facilities not good.
Breakfast - not included in room rate, but paid separately one morning and it had a great buffet selection.
Staff - generally helpful when needed including providing iron/ironing board, and sending up staff to fix room issues.

As with all these exceptional places, the staff were fantastic during our stay, and of course the investment in the property and all the exceptional facilities, the spa, the gym, pools, sauna and steam rooms were all, top class. The bedroom was spacious as was the balcony.
Breakfast was over the top, and everything was delicious, as was all our food during the stay.
Would love to visit again

Spacious apartment, good size balcony, close proximity to the beach.
AC working well, cooling off the bedroom as well.
Small bottle of washing up liquid, scrounger, table cloth and paper towels in the kitchen.
Complimentary large beach towels- so handy.
Reserved parking space at hotel car park, costs €35 a week and makes life much easier if you're travelling around. On street parking is pay and display and needs to get extended every 2 hours.

Clean, spacious apartment. Great bathroom with drawers for toiletries. Sea view was great and our favourite restaurant Playa 5 is beside apartment. Wardrobe only in bedroom but we use packing cubes so no problem with space. Check in was very fast at 21.50 pm, and we were able to leave cases in our room and get a meal in Playa 5 on our first night which was really nice.
