United KingdomThis is a very special bed and breakfast run by a very kind and gracious man. The house is beautifully decorated and was warm and cosy on arrival, thank goodness, as it was -1 outside! The room was just perfect - the single beds were very comfortable and there was a wardrobe for coats and hung clothes. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. The shower was particularly nice with a large shower rose and shower gel etc for our use. The tea/coffee station was fabulous and fully equipped with all sorts.. including an espresso maker and very lovely biscuits! The breakfast was very generous and we were given a choice each day. Adam, the owner couldn't have been more welcoming, kind and caring.

The room was lovely. Extremely spacious, well laid out and clean. Having a fridge in the corridor was a great addition (especially as they don't serve breakfast/food). The location is absolutely breathtaking, and I had many pleasant evening walks in the surrounding area/grounds. I also appreciated the forewarning about events that were on over the weekend, though these were not really heard from my room and their music ended exactly at the times I had been told it would (2300hrs).

Staff were very good, informative and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean. Food was good. We booked a budget room which was tiny and only really suitable for 1 person, so next time I would consider a different room type. Very short drive to airport and as we had an early flight and would miss breakfast they made us up a sandwich to take with us. Price was good. Downside was parking, as spaces were tight if you had a bigger vehicle but we will definitely stay again.

It was very lovely ...only thing is when we stayed there...a group had also gone to a conference and unfortunately decided to stand in the lobby by the bedrooms and speak very loudly. Our room was right next to the lobby so the first night was not great. However, the second time was awesome. Peaceful and lovely. The Yspa is awesome. All facilities within the same compound and simply lovely.

A quiet location next to the canal. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Comfortable bed and thoughtful tea/coffee facilities. Thankful to have had the barge café close to enjoy coffee and vegan cake in the morning (no breakfast facilities in the accommodation).

Location is great, just 5 min. away from the train and bus station. Staff was very nice, hotel room was spacious and very clean! Excellent value for money. It's my second time staying here and I would definitely book again.

The bar and reception area was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfortable although the room was hot and the room lacked a bin to put your rubbish. I would recommend this hotel

Our stay was to celebrate my birthday, the Flitwick Manor did not disappoint.
Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and very professional.
Gorgeous setting, so peaceful yet not far from M1 motorway.
Lovely room, spacious, with superb views from our room.
Very comfortable, the two easy chairs were much appreciated.
Stylish restaurant, where I was presented with a delightful display of post dinner chocolates
Both dinner and breakfast were delicious - highly recommended.
