We visit every year and as always our stay was excellent. We really enjoyed the refurbishments made in the spa and the restaurant for dinner was of the highest standard. We particularly enjoyed eating in the larger dining room for dinner and breakfast with its views of the water. Staff, as usual, were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious.

Jody introduced us to our rooms with politeness and humour. We decompressed with a drink at the bar where Jody continued to be an excellent host. Then the locals arrived to bring us good cheer. We also enjoyed a fine meal delivered to us in the garden. The 2 rooms connected by the balcony was a bonus.

The breakfast was really good, lots of options to choose from . In my room, I booked for a bathtub, and that's exactly what I got. The bathroom was connected to your bedroom, so it was very convenient. The room was a good size.

The room was really comfortable and clean, and had the little amenities such as toiletries, a coffee machine, a mini fridge that just elevates a hotel room. There was even a can of beer and a cocktail can left on the side to welcome us. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the man who checked us in (sorry I didn’t get his name) and upgraded us to a Junior Suite at the last minute, and Julie who checked us out, but looked after our bags while we were out for the day and was so helpful.

While my bedroom was a perfectly adequate, regular hostel room, the common rooms of the hostel were gorgeous! This particular location is in a terrace townhouse, and the space was lovely. So was the view from my room!

Everything - we got an upgraded room which was amazing - very clean and so spacious. The bar is amazing in particular Adam - he knows his stuff and is really friendly and personable.

This was my 2nd time with them, and again, absolutely great! Friendly staff, extremely fast and efficient check-in process, modern design, clean, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, good noise isolation from the adjacent rooms, and amazing common areas to relax and grab a coffee. Will stay again!

Good location within a few minutes of the centre of Hamilton car parking was easy as the property has a driveway and also street parking

I loved the tranquil location, fabulous scenic views, and the relaxing Spa. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I loved the comfortable, clean, spacious bedroom. The grounds are immaculately cared for and the hotel’s interior design is beautiful.

The hotel was much bigger than expected, within a beautiful quiet village with easy access to surrounding villages or the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
We brought 2 children with us and the family room was more than spacious and comfortable. We would visit here again.
