M****n,the young lady who checked us in, was very pleasant and a delight to listen to. Her instructions were clear. The food at the restaurant was flavorful and well presented. Service was great!

Excellent value for money meal, worth coming just for that compared to pub grub. It’s my only choice of hotel when travelling.

The staff were very helpful. checked in late and dinner was not available so the staff offered alternatives and assisted in placing a food delivery order. Very bad weather (Storm Bert), staff arranged for a taxi to airport the following morning.

Rooms are big, and temperature is excellent. Staff is very good, especially in the reception. the facilities are old, but well maintained. Good WiFi

Everything about this place is top quality, all finishes are in good solid materials, all facilities are clean and beautiful. The people here understand what makes the difference between acceptable and exceptional. All staff and fellow guests were cool, helpful and friendly.

The staff was very cooperative... Infact the guy on the night reception on 23rd of Feb was very cooperative... He managed to prepare food for us at 4 am out of no way... Rest the cleanliness was good and the views were exceptional

Excellent facilities, beautiful hosting and even left us essentials.

It had free parking. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle. We were given a different room that had ensuite and fridge.

Good location. It was easy to access Loch-Lamond.

Peaceful location, not too far from Dumry railway station with good connection to Glasgow central. Owners were delightful and helpful as I arrived late 11pm and they were smiling

Very clean beautiful home! Beds are comfy. Has about everything you need, only thing missing was a dryer but they have plenty of drying racks for the clothes. Location is very close to some local stores, bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. Owner was quick at responding to any concerns

I enjoyed being welcomed into Maureen's household and our chats together. I greatly appreciated being able to do my laundry.
