The people on reception were very helpful - especially when I forgot my room number (you are expected to hand in your old school key when you go out so it is useful to know the number when you come back).
Booked a single room but got a family room so was nice to be able to spread out a bit. Found the bathroom a bit small but was ok.
The breakfast/dining area was huge and busy. The breakfast was nice but it was a bit inflexible - no substitutions allowed. The people bringing the food were friendly.

Excellent friendly and efficient staff. Especially the man who was everywhere at once and anticipated what you needed.
Breakfast choice and quality was excellent.
Views of sea from terrace, breakfast room and bedroom were outstanding.
Price of drinks was better than in the cafes in the town.

Carlos and Sylvia were wonderful hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast and dinner were freshly made. Our room was cleaned spotlessly on a daily basis. Great views from our room with balcony.

The price of this stay was a bargain. The guest house was much bigger than I expected. Very spacious and very comfy beds. The water pressure was superb in the shower and having two windows in our room meant we could have a lovely breeze flowing through when we needed. Breakfast was lovely.

There's nothing not to like at the Ommaroo. The staff are exceptional. Cannot do enough for you. We were upgraded to a room with a sea view and a balcony. In total we stayed in three rooms in the hotel as we originally booked a double and the next morning we were upgraded as a sea view was available. The beds were really comfortable. There is a great selection for breakfast. The hotel is immaculate and literally a stone's throw to the Lido. There are bus stops right outside the hotel that runs directly to Saint Helier.

Excellent setting, with beautiful views out to sea. Our room was well appointed, spacious with lovely linens and very comfortable bed and pillows. With the added bonus of White Company products in the bathroom. Laying in bed looking out to see was just wonderful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Rafal who was brilliant.

The room was spacious. Staff (especially housekeeping) were lovely and did a great job in our room. Common areas of hotel were nicely decorated.
We enjoyed watching the preparations for D-Day celebrations from our room as there is the fire station opposite.

The views are spectacular from the terrace on a sunny day! We were fortunate to get views from our rooms as well. Staff are warm welcoming and friendly. The rooms are adequate my only negative is they are on the small side and they have crammed too much furniture in them.

Friendly & happy staff, always ready to help with anything.The location is fantastic for shopping dining out & bus stops. So nice to have the outside terrace to relax & have a drink with a wonderful view of Elizabeth Castle in the bay. Rooms are clean & spacious, the leisure & beauty spa facilities are great and they do a wonderful breakfast.

Clean, comfy beds, good shower, kettle with tea & coffee, quiet in my room but others in our group had noise from other rooms, obviously not Villa Novas fault.
If you are after a budget room at a good price then choose Villa Nova.

Spacious apartment with everything I needed and a lovely balcony overlooking the port area. Very close to shops, restaurants etc. Delicious croissants and scones in the morning. Staff were all friendly, helpful and lovely.
