Check in was very quick and straight forward ,the car park is very spacious so no problem to find a parking spot .Staff all very friendly ,the buffet breakfast was excellent credit to the chef nothing over cooked . ,Our room was very spacious we were on the ground floor not far from reception .A very comfortable bed

Beautiful room with spacious bathroom. Very clean and comfortable in a great location in town. Thoughtful inclusions of milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of Prosecco. Special discounts on interesting and informative boat trip and walking tour. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Spa facilities fantastic, nice quiet corner bar area, VERY helpful staff, nice riverside view, able to feed the ducks from our bedroom balcony & talk with the passing boats.

The host was lovely, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We also had a great choice of drinks in our room and arrived back from our day out to homemade cake.
The home is modern but cosy, and we had a spacious room. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly staff and great welcome. It's a beautiful location with the terrace opening out to a great vista of the river. The whole place has been completely refurbished and everything is new. Our bedroom and its bathroom were huge.

Beautiful apartment, great location, perfect for a family of 4. Excellent parking availability at property and directly across street. Loved that both bedrooms were en-suite. Very clean, just perfect. Best place we have stayed on our trip to the UK.

Comfortable and cute property with everything you need away from home. Beautiful beams in the bedroom make it feel a more spacious cottage. Great communication from the owners. Recommend No 5 for brunch/lunch - four mins walk away. I had a car and parked just along the road. Rail station super close.

Communication from start to finish was superb. The house was even better than described- the kitchen/diner was massive and extremely comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable and bathrooms extremely clean. The information booklet gave all relevant information. Parking was exactly as described and very easy considering we had extra cars. Location was excellent.
