Since March 2016, The Moorhead B&B is under new ownership by myself Rebecca and my partner Phil. We are a three-bedroom B&B based in 50 acres of private, secluded farmland in Edstaston, Wem, Shropshire. There is also a guest lounge, dining room and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. This unique location offers a widespread choice of amenities varying from cycling, bird watching, walking, or if you just want to escape the city life and soak up the beautiful Shropshire countryside here in the private grounds of The Moorhead B&B. Therefore, we are ideally based for those visiting the area, whether it’s for work, rest or play. There are also many tourist attractions located in the Shropshire area.

May we take this opportunity to first introduce ourselves, myself (Rebecca) and my partner Phil are the proud owners of The Moorhead Bed and Breakfast. Years of searching for the perfect location to start our B&B, who knew, it was right on our doorstep. After living in the area for over 10 years we have fallen in love with this angelic region of North Shropshire. Let me tell you a bit more about myself, I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 16 years, gaining a vast experience in a supermarket, luxury hotels and restaurants! Applying this knowledge to The Moorhead, we feel this offers you as the guest an unrivalled bed and breakfast experience! Since 2001, Phil has been competing as a golf professional on the mini tours, nationally and internationally, he has also fallen in love with the beauty of The Moorhead. And he makes a yummy breakfast!!! Us as a team, coupled with the charm and seclusion of the property, aim to offer you the ideal choice for your countryside getaway. Phil and I look forward to welcoming you to The Moorhead Bed and Breakfast.
