SpainThe Christmas decorations were really cute! The beds and lining are top quality and super comfy. They provide toiletries and a small sewing kit. They drove me to the station and allowed me to stay in the hotel even after the checkout time. Breakfast was really good too! Scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, bread, and beans. Very typical from Guatemala. The staff is very nice and helpful. Would repeat!

The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming lobby. The room was very spacious and thoroughly cleaned. My only regret; not spending more time exploring the hotel. The hotel was above an entire shopping center and right next door to one of the nicest malls in the city. The area felt very safe for walking and I had access to anything I needed either in the hotel or within 5 minutes away. Grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

Great breakfast, clean room, felt totally safe and comfortable. The bedroom window is small and high up the wall, but due to the central location it was pretty noisy at night so I had the window closed anyway.

Great location nearby the airport for those with late or early flights. Accommodation was very clean - rooms, kitchen, bathroom, sitting area. Great WiFi. Excellent breakfast. Hosts were super sweet and friendly! Highly recommend, they were so kind to help us book our shuttle to Guatemala City and they even gave us a ride to the airport. 😊 Will definitely book our stay again with Ivonne when we return to Guatemala City! Five stars ⭐️
