The service / staff goes out of the way to be helpful and kind (shout out to Sameer and Roshan), the rooms are new and super clean (linen, bathrooms especially clean), and they are aesthetically pleasing. They have thought of every small detail. I also enjoyed the dinner at the property

Well located (near the station and a shirt journey from the old city).
We stayed in a double room, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean.
The roof terrace was nice and had a little restaurant. Good common area too - useful if you need time before/after check-in/check-out

After a long day visiting and travelling, it was a bliss to arrive to this peaceful place. Green and beautiful garden, beautifully decorated. My room was very clean and confortable. AC and fan, big bed and a terrace to chill. Also three rooftops to admire the city and relax. Even a little gym at disposal. We had breafast and evening meals here and it was tasty and homemade, adapted to the non-spicy lovers.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and our bags were brought to our room. Our room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection on offer. The staff at Madhuban are very friendly and were a great help to us when we needed them. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Positive, attentive and efficient staff. Well maintained and spacious rooms. Great turndown service. Wonderful breakfasts and dinners at La Mesa, where we were looked after very well by Mausumi. Can dine at Rambagh Palace venues and charge them to your room.

This property is nestled inside the mighty and beautiful Jaisalmer fort. I’ve always dreamt of living in a fort and felt like a princess staying here! The views are unbelievable. The rooms are spacious, clean and also has a cute window/balcony with majestic views of the fort and city. The food is good. All the staff in the hotel are so helpful, sweet and friendly. Bestttt stay in Jaisalmer, hands down!!! 10/10 recommend!

Loved our stay at Arch Boutique. The hosts kindly upgraded our room for free and this room was absolutely stunning - very ornate, quiet and comfortable, with an amazing view of the fort from the window.

The building is over one hundred years old and is filled with charm and attention to detail. Our room was clean and spacious, the facilities were more than adequate with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Outside the rooms, lounges provide a wonderful place to chill and take in the setting. The restaurant on the top floor had wonderful service and delightful food. Above all, the entire team was kind and super helpful; it was a pleasure. One of our favourite stays in India. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The property is beautiful, with a lovely garden and terrace, well-decorated and so relaxing. Our room was very spacious, quiet and had everything we needed (kettle, fridge, water, toiletries).
The pool is quite big and was surprisingly very refreshing even if the temperature outside was 40 degrees.
A special note would probably go to the staff, they have all been super lovely and helpful, I think the level of hospitality in this hotel is the best we have received so far!
