When i checked in, the ladies at Reception were very welcoming, kind and offered up plenty of information about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms are more like a 1 bedroom apartment than a hotel suite, they are quite large and spacious.
The rooftop pool was a delight, the surrounding views from up top were magical and having the pool to yourself was awesome during the day.

Great location. Very near to the Promenade. Rooms were clean and spacious - had a look at one of the bigger rooms with the balcony and they were even nicer. Definitely worth taking if more than one person. The hotel was clean, friendly and homey - I liked returning there to be greeted by the staff. The pool on the top was very nice - a refreshing place to cool off. And the terrace around it was lovely for the evening, either for dinner, or to read a book, relax. Staff were helpful and friendly. Arranged transfer at a reasonable cost.

Booked a Non AC family room for 3 Adults and a child for 2 Nights. Later requested to change it to the AC room. The room was spacious and provided with all the amenities like tv, chairs, tables. Very neat and well maintained. Simply deluxe rooms with a balcony. We enjoyed our stay there for 2 days.

The breakfast was served on a rooftop terrace, with French croissants and was definitely the best we got on our trip.
Staff was super friendly and helpful,
we received an upgrade of the room and had a balcony. Although the road is noisy during day we slept well at night as it was quiet then .
Walking distance to the beach promenade, restaurants nearby, safe parking in front of the house on the road.

Upgrade to suite was nice but we did not really need the extra room...bedroom was large with plenty room for 2 suitcases.
Balcony facing west was lovely to sit out on with great views.
Bath and shower and plenty hot water.
No a/c but in the evening fan was enough.
Good interesting b/f with big choice.
Helpful friendly staff.

Lovely spacious, well presented and clean bedroom which was bright with a big window and lovely bed linen. Roof terrace had uninterrupted views of the beach and sea - even the locals playing cards and other games on the beach.
Very nice breakfasts which were plentiful.
Tea and coffee always available.

Very spacious accommodation- bathroom, bedroom, lounge/ kitchen and balcony. This is like having all the benefits of your own apartment with a wonderful homemade Keralan breakfast brought and served to you each morning including lots of fresh fruit.
Lots of great advice from the friendly owners.

My room was very spacious, clean, modern, with Tea/coffee/water. Balcony overlooked garden. Bathroom great, toiletries provided.
Restaurant on site - great value buffet dinner. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, responsive.

Loved the shape of the spacious rooms, loved the staircase to the balcony, loved that we could sit and watch monkeys in the trees by the balcony and watch them jump onto the roof of our room. And it was peaceful.

Our room 109 was so spacious and we loved the private balcony. We extended our stay to 8 nights because it was so perfect. We could watch the waves crashing on the beach from our bed!
The beach was pristine and just a few footsteps from the beach house. It was nearly empty during the week, but the weekend visitors made it a lot of fun.
The staff were lovely and very attentive.
Having coffee brought to our room every morning was such a treat!!

Everything. Super friendly host who spoke excellent English. Very spacious and clean room. Soft beds. The best thing was the wonderful roof terrace bursting with plants - a beautiful oasis to relax on in the morning with coffee room even had it's own little balcony. Shared kitchen which we did not use but was well supplied with cooking equipment.

For us it was simply perfect!
One of the best rooms ever (we booked the Deluxe with balcony) very big and with an amazing terrace full of beautiful plants.
It was also very clean, comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast was plentiful and varied.
This is a very nice homestay run by a beautiful family!
The location is also perfect really close to everything but also away from traffic noise.
