Breakfast is okay ( payable at reception).

Single-bed room was very small, not so good, changed to double-bed room. it was much better for little extra cost, very spacious, clean and value for money. Ac was good and room was quiet. Staff gave me extra time for checkout, it was helpful.

Last minute booking, staff were super friendly, we got a family room, quite spacious, 4 beds, very clean. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but not a big issue. Overall, great value for money

I stayed in room 213 (triple sharing). Spacious room with comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Have many plug points to charge and use our electrical items. Breakfast at Sangeethas was awesome. Near to Chathiram Bus Station. Have many shops nearby walking distance. My room with Uchi Pillaiyar Temple view was a positive.

Very good property. Well maintained, neat and clean. Special mention for Krishna and team as well as the chef who produced very tasty food. We stayed in the 4 bedroom Annex 1. The villa is spacious with beautiful views of Kodaikanal town especially at night. Recommended for people who value peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.. Own vehicle/24 hr taxi is essential.

When we arrived at Madras Grand, we were welcome with a very big smile. Reception team really really nice. I don't remember the name but we were granted an upgrade for a better hotel room .
He also helped us to get a taxi with a reasonable price for our trip to Pondicherry.
Hotelroom was really nice, clean and nothing was missed. Breakfast was nice too.

It’s a very clear and comfortable place to stay and access city.. but it’s a property hotel with limited room..you will not get the proper Chettinad house experience with because once you enter inside the hotel you’ll have access only to your room and a balcony outside on first floor…it’s doesn’t have a hall or dinning space or a common corridor..
