The place is just amazing. Leave the car behind and just walk everyday in the most perfect beach. The rooms are spacious, with a jaw open view and very fresh for this extreme hot weather. Clean and perfect hotel!!! PS. There is enough place to park a car if you need it. The restaurant also recommended!

The place was cleaned thoroughly every morning and was overall very nice. Super nice terrace as well for the warm evenings. Nice breakfast with some good choice, and friendly owners.

Wonderful place, an enchanted island of tranquility in the mediterranean forest - you can hear the birds singing while enjoying your morning coffee and admiring the sea. Everything is planned and designed with attention to the details. It is not only beautiful but also very practical and spacious. We felt ourselves really at home - or even much better than at home. The piscine (filled with sea water) is great. The view from the terrace on the top of the apparment is breathtaking and there is a lot of common spaces to relax.

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the hotel owner helped us check in effortlessly. This place was the best! You're right next to many restaurants and very close to the docks for a late-night walk. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. Futhermore there was a 24/7 breakfast area!

It's amazing place to stay. House is surrounded by diverse nature that you can find on island of Elba. From one side you have mountains view, which you can enjoy straight from jacuzzi at evening or from roof terrace while having a breakfast. On other side you have great view of Portoferraio bay.
Thanks to Emanuela & Peppe whom made our stay just perfect!
I definitely recommend to pick this place if you want to have a memorable experience.

A beautiful complex in the middle of nature with a great restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Italian pizza and wine. Room for 2 was really spacious and well equipped. This hotel surpassed our expectations! :)

Great location, very clean apartment, very modern style and balcony with great view (you can hear the hospitals AC when sitting on the balcony but one gets used to it).
Beach just down the stairs (private stairs), probably 10 min walk.
Nothing really to complain.
If I would stay longer, I would appreciate to have a dish washer but for just two nights it didn’t bother us much.

I loved this accommodation! The rooms were spacious, everything was clean, and we had a beautiful view from the terrace. The owners were very nice, they even came to the port to bring us a charger that we had forgotten.

The property is perfectly located. In the center of Marciana Marina, at few steps from restaurants, shops and the seaside. Stuff was the kindest, bedroom perfectly cleaned, breakfast included everything we could ask.
