Emporio Vacanze is a travel agency specialized in the online sale of tourist services. Newly renovated in 2026, the apartments have an independent entrance, accessible both by car (loading/unloading area) via a gravel road, and on foot via an external pathway. They feature an equipped outdoor area, independent entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, microwave or oven, tall refrigerator, and washing machine. Bathrooms include a shower box. IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property does not provide bedroom and bathroom linen, it is possible to request rental at the time of confirmation by paying a supplement. For arrivals after 8.00 pm and for departures before 8.00 am there is a penalty.

The apartments are 4 km from the center of Portoferraio and about 150 meters from the Acquaviva beach which can be reached with private access. The famous pebble beach of Sansone is about 600 meters away, reachable on foot via a path.
