Largest room we have stayed in with everything we needed. Had a sliding door between bedroom and kitchen/bath/washing machine area. Large shower/tub area with door. Got a room on the top 3rd floor. Location is perfect 10 min walk to Umeda and Osaka Station. Close enough to transport and shopping but far enough to escape crowd. Room was very comfortable. Personel and service was skilled, organized and helpful. Good price for this level of service. If we visit Osaka again, we would like to stay here
