Location - literally on the porto promenade, resto cafes, shops, pharmacies all around, day trip boats literally harbor right in front of the hotel.
Service from the staff specially Svetlana, Josipe and Marije at the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff. Always ready to help and go out of their way to keep guests comfortable.
Breakfast buffet and Restaurant - good buffet variety and changes everyday. Excellent service from staff for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Well maintained rooms - up to date, well appointed, comfortable beds and centrally air conditioned. Fabulous views of the bay.

LithuaniaOne of the best places we've ever stayed at. The complex is brand new, so you're getting apartments that are barely used. Apartments are well equipped, big balcony with good views! The pool area is great with very comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and always present on premises. Room service available on a daily basis if you need that. Plenty of space for parking. Few small shops and decent restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The area is way less crowded compared to the bigger towns around the bay.

Just book it already! We liked everything. Best apartment we stayed during our 7 week trip.
Newly opened accommodation. Absolutely beautiful with boho style decorated apartment. Like a 4/5 star boutique hotel room but it is apartment with good kitchen and washing machine. Bed was good and pillows good. Balcony with sea view. Short walk from everywhere. Close to best beaches and Porto Montenegro. Host was very helpful. Lovely neighborhood.

Spacious apartment with a good balcony. The facilities were really good for us, however we were not self catering. Host is extremely helpful. You should ask for exact location as google and Waze leads you to other place. One beach is long walking distance, others driving distance. Lustica bay restaurant is fancy, but affordable, but if you want to eat great go to Astoria in 5 minutes walk. Overall good experience

This is the first line with sea view, quiet, not overcrowded. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked at home. Nice balcony with parasol. Very responsive host, we checked in very late, but she met us and showed our room.

The apartment was very well designed and the bedroom was really nice with ample storage and 2 windows and a balcony which connected with the living room. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and living room big size well equipped. We used sofa bed too and there was still plenty of space. Terrace was great size and good for relaxing and people watching! Building was in a perfect location and was close to all the shops cafes restaurants and the port.

Good big house for a big family.
4 separated bedrooms, 3 toilets, kitchen.
The house has its own access to the beach. Connected to a big hotel so guests can use hotel's beach facilities and bar. Has a private parking which is very important in this area.

The location is in 10-15 mins close to the beach, nice place, has everything for living inside. Great hosts who help with transfer and with giving good sightseeing advice. Nice, spacious room, good balcony view. The room has AC which is a life saver during hot days :)

Family-run guesthouse. Very hospitable, friendly 'staff'. We stayed in the apartment on the front side, 2nd floor. Spacious balcony with nice views over the bay. The apartment was equipped with everything we could ever need for holidays. Clean. Good airco. Very happy we could book here last-minute. One shaded, ungated parking lot under the apartments on ground floor.

The apartment is fantastic. It has a neat living room with a sofa, armchairs and TV. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The bedroom features closets and a comfortable double bed. On the terrace, there is a pool along with beach beds, sun umbrellas, a table, and chairs.
The host is kind and helpful; you can ask any questions about the apartment or the town(places to visit, taxi number, etc.) and he will assist you.

We loved the wide range of amenities at the hostel and the friendly staff (including the cats). Rodrigo made us feel very welcome and upgraded our room for free! The location was perfect for a calm and relaxing atmosphere while being very well connected to the bay. The room had everything we needed and had a great view of the surrounding landscape.

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Spacious room with balcony and sea view. Free parking. Matilda's service from the front desk is above and beyond. Very close to the beach. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. 10 minutes easy walk to the marina (Porto Montenegro). 10 minutes drive from Tivat airport.

Generally, the stay in Astoria was beyond my expectation. First of all, they upgraded our room to superior suite with amazing sea view, from the living room and the bedroom! Secondly, the staffs were very nice and helpful~ especially the receptionists. (I don't remember the name of the girl who checked in for us. She's the sweetest hotel staff I've ever met! ) The food in their hotel restaurant was so delicious. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. I still miss the seafood risotto there~

We loved how spacious, clean and comfortable it was. the bedroom was very roomy with enough closet space, the bed was big and comfortable. the sheets and towels were exceptionally clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking wear, the bathroom was also specious and comfortable: the hosts prepared hand and body soap and a hair dryer. the sugar on top - we had an amazing view of the mountains and a little bit of town and water. We had our meals outside on the balcony marveling the view.
