The place is lovely, secluded, their trips are AMAZING to say the least,the food is GORGEOUS, especially the seafood and their staff are so so so so friendly. We had some small hiccups with the transfers to/from the airport,but they handled them so well,I can only see it as a positive.

The BuBu Villa offers many private services like scuba diving and taxi boat only for their guest which is very comfortable!

The room was fairly spacious and clean. We could check in early in the morning as our room was already ready for the next guest. The staff was friendly and the food was actually pretty good and reasonable, compared to other places on the island. There was free water to refill your bottles.

My room has been upgraded to a Premium Suite with an extra single bed and without additional charge due to the inavailability of the booked room, definitely beyond my expectation. Everything was good and close to the eateries, shops and mall. Overall, am happy with my stay in this hotel.

The El-Medina Homestay truly exceeded expectations, offering a spacious and tastefully decorated home that was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The amenities were impressive, including WiFi, large bathrooms with heaters, and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living room was also a highlight, featuring Netflix and comfortable seating. The outdoor pool and friendly owner were the icing on the cake, making this a truly exceptional stay that I would highly recommend.

The hotel is new, clean and the interior design suits my preference (i.e modern minimalist) compared to my previous stays at other surrounding hotels. Staff upgraded my room to a bigger size (without charges) and very kind to assist me for late checkout (RM10/hr).

The sea-facing room was superb! Spacious, comfortable, and definitely with a killer view of the ocean. You can see sunrise from the comfort of your own room balcony. Go for the sea-facing room if you're going to book your stay here.
Overall, the resort ambience is truly welcoming and instantly makes you feel warm and cosy inside. With its highly affordable price, we will come back for our next eastern coastal beach getaway!

Little pool with playground on it, perfect for little kids to play around, with 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom it is easy to take turn when we shower in the mornings, there is balcony for adults to sit & talk while observing the kids playing at the pool.

Balcony and clothes drying area, free (very) cold, room temperature and hot drinking water on every floor. The bathrooms and Japanese-style gender markers for male and female. Free spacious lockers. Location right near Chinatown, Pasar Payang and the night market. A check-in machine outside for late or very early check-in/out.

The grandparents who checked in were very friendly and enthusiastic. Someone helped us carry our luggage and even upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean and tidy. The sea in front of the door is particularly beautiful, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The front desk of the hotel provides snorkeling, which is very cost-effective. There are 6 places , and the experience is particularly good. This kind of service and price are particularly suitable.

The room is spacious. Staff is friendly, helpful. Free parking available at the basement. No issue in parking my car during my stay. Very strategic location. Close to attractions in Kuala Terengganu. I got beach view from my room with view of the famous drawbridge. My husband really enjoyed the view.
