AustraliaOur room was exactly as pictured with a view over the canal. We went out for breakfast and we found lovely cafes just across the bridge and around the corner. In the early evening we would walk to a bar to have a drink and people watch. Utrecht is a wonderful walking city truly worth a visit. Our host, Niels, was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had use of a washing machine and dryer (which was not in our room)it was much appreciated. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk if you want to buy milk or snacks. Everything was easy!

Our room had a patio that was right outside our bedroom. We ordered the breakfast each morning and ate it out on the patio. It was so nice and relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out.

The room was very clean and bathroom was amazing. Didn't expect to have a balcony, which is good. There is a nice coffee machine, fridge and ironing board in the quite spacious room. Small shop in reception area which was convenient.

Loved the location, the original dutch building, clean and spacious apartment. Little dining room was equiped with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, fridge. From the bedroom you step to a charming little backyard. Very nice host who prepared tasty breakfasts for me and kindly dropped me to the train station when i was leaving Utrecht. Thank you! i would definitely stay again in this B&B.

Very pleasant, helpful staff. Comfy beds and bedding. Kettle for tea. Spacious family room with completely separate bedrooms. Hotel close to wonderful takeout food. We didn’t look for a sit down restaurant. We 70 yr olds walked into the inner city each day. Used Uber for travel to hotel from train station and back again.

Such a great place to stay to explore Utrecht, we loved our room, so stylish and comfortable, the roof terrace was a lovely feature. The bed was comfortable. Fabulous hotel in the centre of Utrecht. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was gorgeous and spacious, with high ceilings and a beautiful bathtub. A very unique decoration style that is a welcome change from the standard boring white hotel rooms.
