United KingdomBest hostel I think I’ve ever stayed in. So homely! Super clean. Great kitchen and lounge area. Staff delightful. Location nice and quiet but short walk into the CBD or Ponsonby Street. Not a party hostel but I that’s not what I was after. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Reception was very welcoming, staff were lovely. Our room was nice and spacious with everything you need. Beds were comfy, Balcony with a nice view and kid safe. Our room didn’t have a remote for the television but the amazing staff member came up right away to hand us one. We overall had a beautiful stay and loved every minute here.

Every member of staff was so helpful and friendly. My room was upgraded at check-in to a 2 bedroom suite, with an amazing view of the harbour. I felt very safe in this hotel as a solo female traveller and would definitely book this venue again. This hotel is excellent value for money, and the location is superb (close to Spark Arena main CBD). They also offer valet parking at a decent daily rate.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with large balcony overlooking the ferry hub and over to Devonport. Comfy beds, kitchen well stocked. We would stay again.

Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was amazing, thanks! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good, spacious parking and excellent central location, close to Aotea Square and lots of good dining. The only accommodation in the city I could find for around $200 and I wasn't disappointed.

We arrived quite late from Auckland airport but Alan welcomed us warmly. The room was comfortable with coffee, tea and homemade cakes. Nice spacious room with a big bathroom, and a pretty balcony and terrace overlooking the pretty garden. The small town is a couple of minutes away with plenty of options to eat. We had a delicious home cooked breakfast with many options all of which were great. Alan gave us some very good tips for travelling and things to visit on our way up North.

The location is excellent and we were lucky enough to have a clear view of the Sky Tower. We could walk to the Sky Tower and waterfront with all the shops and bars in just a few minutes. Our room was spacious with it's own private balcony. The bed was large and really comfy. We arrived by car and were able to park in the underground carpark which was very secure.

Upgrade to the penthouse was lovely! Massive, luxurious, spacious and great bush views. Each (3) bedroom had an ensuite! Showers were like being washed in fluff!... Beautiful ❤️

Hotel is beautifully presented, very modern decor and taste, quite dark and moody. Well located in the CBD, which itself is strangely quiet, and was only about 10 mins walk to areas such as Britomart, Sky Tower and Viaduct/Wynyard. Rooftop bar is cool, but don't expect preferential treatment on availability or access as a guest.
My room had a balcony, which was spacious, albeit very basic with two basket chairs and a tiny table.

The room with a view of the harbor / wharf area was worth the few extra dollars. The room had 2 King Size beds and was very spacious. The exterior of the facility looks about 40 years old BUT the interior of our room was renovated and very good.

Location in Viaduct Harbour was fantastic. View was gorgeous. Overall, a very comfortable and spacious one-bedroom property. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee and in the evening with wine. There is so much going on and it makes for great people watching!

Our stay was awesome! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming - she even checked us in early & upgraded our room for free!!! The room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the hotel was very clean. Great value for money too! I will be returning when I'm in Auckland again.
