We were pleasantly surprised with our 2, bedroom unit. It was spotless, spacious, had a great layout with a balcony to the rear with all the comfort we could wish for. The area was, quiet so sleep came easy in our super comfy beds. There was a laundry room and car park available downstairs. Easy walking distance to the downtown area and also to the amazing stoney beach. Excellent bakery close by on the main road. For some reason we were not disturbed by the main road traffic. Fur seals along the coastline, so very cute. Love this place.

The location is fantastic. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, tidy and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely. Staff and manager are both friendly and very helpful.

Very, very spacious kitchen, dining, lounge & bedrooms. Plenty of light in living areas & small balcony slowed fresh air. Bed very comfortable. Superb location to walk or tram around Christchurch. Restaurants close by. Washing & drying facilities. Free movies. Helpful staff. Tram noise was expected & not a bother & stopped before our bedtime.

Great Service. We had the best room for location on corner backing onto garden, the room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Bathroom good size and clean but tiles around shower prob due an upgrade.

We had the standard suite, which lacked nothing. It's huge, with a spacious living area, full kitchen, large dining area, and a separate bedroom. Washing machine, too. Small balcony with nice view of central city. Location is great, within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops, attractions in historic city centre. Excellent shower and towels. Really, everything you could want in a short or long stay--can I take this place with me as we travel?

We booked this accommodation in the middle of the night as our previous place was unliveable. Kalai and Yoshi offered us their last room available, and were very accommodating to our needs. All the staff here were friendly and sought to attend to our requests. As our room was an accessible room, the shower area was more spacious. Sudima is also centrally located, which makes it convenient to get to various locations in Christchurch.

The view from the lounge room was exceptional. We were able to sit on the balcony in the late afternoon and enjoy the view of the lake.
The kitchen was nicely appointed and had everything we needed to cook.
The beds were very comfortable. The bedroom on the main floor was very dark, so if someone needs darkness to sleep then this is your room. The rooms upstairs did get cold in the morning, from the windows but it wasn't too much of a concern.

Lynne was super lovely to deal with! Allowed me to check in early as I had a function to be at mid-afternoon. She also upgraded my room to a nicer one for no extra cost as I had booked the cheapest room available at the time of booking but did not require the number of beds being a solo traveler. Great on-site parking, lovely spacious room with a very large shower, faultless really!

Enjoyed being close to the CBD of Christchurch. The room was spacious, had a balcony off the bedroom and lounge, full size fridge.

I upgraded my room on the second of my two nights. Staying in Studio Room 9 was a huge improvement on my first night staying in the Lodge. The room was quiet, spacious and clean, well worth the relief it brought, as I was able to easily recover from my previous sleepless night. The receptionist that provided the upgrade was very helpful and much appreciated.

We loved this B&B and wish we'd stayed longer. Jill and Dave are fantastic friendly hosts and easy to talk to. The property is beautiful with amazing views and great facilities. Good choice of continental breakfast provided in the guest breakfast room but can be taken to your room to eat on the spacious balcony. Lots of Bellbirds using the feeders as well as Tui. Amazing location with a walk up Conical Hill adjacent. Comfortable bed and room.

The location was located just rim of inner city. you can walk to city centre but it's easier with a car. Our room on the second floor which we had to take step. There's no elevator. The room was clean and spacious. One master bedroom and living area with one single bed with another sofa bed with electronic heating blanket. Staff was friendly. We checked-in intime but if you're checkin late, i saw they put key in the lock box in front of the office. Overall pretty nice to stay

The accommodation was very spacious. There was a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge. All amenities were clean to a good standard. We were offered an upgraded room for free which had a lovely spa bath.
