Welcome to 340 Degrees.
Enjoy this wonderful location on one of the highest points of the Port Hills which surround Christchurch. I have recently designed and completed building my home, and garden for my guests to enjoy. The house has been designed with modern accommodation in mind. The Ocean View room has its own ensuite (bathroom).(Private bedroom in a house) I offer a Continental Breakfast free of charge or a Cooked Breakfast for extra. On request I can prepare a causal meal or Picnic Basket for the days outing. Your area provides perfect space for relaxing or exploring the area. Personal tours are available on request. And of course there will be plenty of tips forthcoming :) My focus is on the environment and eco sustainability. Eco products are an important part of staying here, and I supply body wash/shampoo/conditioner and soap. The house system that is set up requires organic products only. The house is a gentle persuasion of French-inspired furniture collected from years of travel and has an interesting array of fabulous books.
My name is Brenda Scott and I will be your host! If you have any questions or queries please don't hesitate to ask, that's what I'm here for! This property is also my home so I could be around, pottering in the garden, so don't mind me.
I am available to help my guest make interesting and memorable choices, for their stay here. I offer guided Port Hill walks, visits to heritage/Botanical gardens, the central city, and art galleries. Local tours to Akaroa, Kaikoura, Hamner Springs can be arranged.
This area is mainly lifestyle homes with amazing views, and this home is no exception! Its a great base for any outdoor activities if guests are interested in mountains, coast and more and or wanting to have a relaxed stay.
