This is an aparthotel. We (3 persons) lived in a spacious one-bedroom apartment. With kitchen (but without washing machine). The finishing of the apartment was nice, though not luxurious. The hotel and the apartment are newly renovated.
As in most aparthotels, there is no room cleaning by the staff. However, we could always change the towels.
The location is good. Modern and nice area of New Jersey. Easy access to Manhatten by metro. A big supermarket is nearby.

Reception staff very friendly. We were only staying one night and were upgraded to a lovely suite, huge space with kitchenette, lounge and bedroom, and very comfortable bed. Balcony views of Empire State Building. A lovely way to end our NY stay. Twenty minute walk to Pier for the excellent value river ferry to Wall St and on to Brooklyn. Good location for both north and south Manhattan using bus and ferry.

Great hotel, very well located near Times Square. Great spacious lobby and outdoor terrace bar and resteraunts. Lobby has bar, lots of comfortable seating and a kids play area with fuzzball table, puck game and 2 gaming chairs and screens with Fifa soccer and Mario cart. There was lots of entertainment, live music, DJ's in the lobby. Rooms were several floors above the lobby.

Nice and modern hotel in the center of Flushing, Queens. Walking distance to line 7 train leading to Manhattan. Rooms quite spacious with modern, glass bathroom. Unusable terrace - due to constant plane takeoffs noice from La Guardia.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Our room was small but felt spacious. The bathroom wasn't tiny and cramped like a lot of NYC hotel rooms. I also loved the cafe in the lobby. We stayed on the 33rd floor and had an amazing view!

You cancelled my room with no warning and then left us out to dry! We arrived only to be told you had sold our room. And I had called your offices at 12:06 to say we would be late only to receive an email 25 mins later that you cancelled our room. No phone call or text. We didn’t realise you had sold our hotel room so we arrived at 1 am only to be told on arrival there was nothing left. Really disappointed

Amazing terrace with a fantastic NYC view of Hudson river, Freedom tower and Canal Street (we upgraded to a large balcony - worth every penny). Great location with easy access to SoHo, West Village and close to the Metro if going uptown.

The bunk bed room was perfect for one person with more than enough space. Room was quiet even though it’s walking distance from Times Square. Toilet was spacious with lots of vanity space. Bed was comfy and there’s an aircon so you can get your room to the perfect temp.

I liked the spacious rooms (I paid to upgrade to an executive family room), there was lots of space and even a little seating area that we made use of when our kids were sleeping. The views were stunning and we had everything we needed. The room came with a coffee machine and fridge which was brilliant when travelling with a family. The staff here are lovely and I would like to particularly thank Jonin for all help and advice he gave me and my family.

We are lucky to get our room upgraded to the suite and the room is beyond our imagination. It's one of the biggest hotel room I have ever stated in New York. The hotel location is superb, closed to multiple nice restaurant and attractions. The district is very quite. I would definitely come back again!

Lovely bar and lounge area, super friendly and helpful staff and comfy bedroom. Bit of outside noise but I was in quite a low room, so if city noise bothers you then I’d go for room on a high floor. Had a balcony which was brilliant! Great area with lots of food/drink/entertainment offer but outside of the midtown tourist area. Five minutes from the subway.
