It was an unforgettable experience for both me and my friends. We came here after the Tokyo Marathon to relax a little. We stayed here for only one night, but the impressions we received were much greater than we expected. The staff were simply wonderful, and we felt their care at every step — from check-in to check-out. We took many photos, and they will always remind us of this beautiful place.

The staff were the absolute best they helped us with everything! And went above and beyond. The facilities are amazing it really feels private and romantic. Awesome place with a beautiful decoration and style. The room was great with a classic japanese style and the Yukatas were perfect. The dinner and breakfast were incredible, we enjoyed everything they served. The possibility of using several public bath on the whole town was a really nice experience.

It's clean and the staff are very accommodating. Even staff around the area went above and beyond helping us get to the hotel from the train station. We missed the shuttle and they tracked down a bus to help us get there. The food was also fresh and beautifully prepared and the onsen was nice.

The room has a very cozy atmosphere, room had shower, toilet with bidet and bathtub. Bed was really comfortable. The private bath on the hotel were also really relaxing. Staff really made us feel like home. Food plan was excellent, they were able to acomodate our food requests with advanced notice. Will recommend this place 100%!
