Very cozy apartment, well equipped, located in a very peaceful and quiet environment.

Location, size, clean, quiet, well equipped kitchen. Nice sauna.

Nockalm Cottage has everything we need as a family with three children and a dog. There is plenty of space, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Skiing and hiking are easily accessible. We keep coming back again and again – it’s truly our happy place.

Stayed in an apartment with access to the terrace, which was incredible for my dog. There was an additional charge (but expected) for the dog 10 e/day. Facilities were clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Was staying off season, so had the "kärnten card" included in the price, which was very convinient. Location is perfect for hiking, there is also a nearby spar (store) a few minutes away by car.

This was our favorite place that we have every stayed in Europe. We would have LOVED to stay longer. Dave was an amazing host. The building is an alpine style chalet. The rooms have windows that look directly across the street to the ski slopes. It was a perfect place to stay and walk to the lifts. There is a ski equipment room on the first floor to leave your gear upon entering the building. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well equipped. The parking was directly in front of the building, which was very nice.

We stayed with our family (5 people) in the Top 4 apartment. The apartment is very spacious, clean, functional, and modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay and includes a large dining table. Both bedrooms feature very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage space; one has a large-screen TV, and there is another in the living room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is slightly smaller but has a very spacious shower. The apartment building is located on a slope above Bad Kleinkirchheim, offering absolutely stunning views. The access road is quite steep, partly asphalt and partly gravel, so snow chains are necessary in case of snow. There is even the option to charge electric cars, a storage area for skis and ski boots, and ample parking space. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment is in a central location in the city, although on the hillside, so requires a bit of climbing to get to. The view from our apartment was very nice across the valley.

The place is absolutely lovely. Starting from it's location, up until how it's furnished and how well equipped it is. We also loved the fact that it wasn't directly at the main street. The hosts are top. Very kind, very responsive to every question/request we had.
