Roomy loft, Clean, amazing facilities over all

The room was huge, with a kitchenette, a large bathroom, and a view of the park. The location is excellent—just a 10–12 minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. The reception staff were incredibly kind! The room was clean, and we even received wonderful gifts from the hotel, left for us in the room. A perfect place in Vienna at an affordable price!

It is a wonderful space! Everything is spacious. The living room is just marvellous, with very high ceilings and huge windows. And the location was perfect for visiting museums. We also really liked the coffee house on the ground floor, very relaxed, nice service, not touristy.

Amazing facilities, you have everything you need for cooking, laundry machines, very close to the metro, 1 minute walk to the supermarket!

Great location close to train station and other transport, washing machine available, great staff service, fantastic room clean and modern, room serviced weekly can go to reception and request extra towels etc.

Very good location! Very close to metro station. From airport the way is about 40 min. There are bakery, mini markets, Asian food, good restaurants and bar.

Privacy, the beds are super comfortable, the staff where so kind

it is a different concept of a hotel. spacious rooms with kitchenette and separate bathroom. when I was in the room I could not hear any noise from outside. coffee was free and provided by the reception staff. every evening there a light show displayed in the inner court of the hotel, excellent idea.

The place is very nice and cozy … the location is also very good and near to public transportation .. the staff is so helpful specially Tunisian guy he is so nice and helpful .

Overall, I had a pleasant experience staying the place. Superb location, easy to check, and the space was modern and spacious having all the amenities I needed for the trip. Only the downside was, as some reviews mentioned, water flooding from shower was a little inconvenient. I should add cleaning can be improved especially in the bathroom as I found strands of hairs here and there, and some corners were moldy and stained. And please don’t use too much air freshener when cleaning! The odour was overwhelming to the point I had a bad headache so I had to open the window for a quite a while to get the smell out.

Perfect location the man at the reception was class me and my friends showed up and he was peeling a orange which i took and we shared around and he was then happy top show us his complementary bowl of haribos which was a nice treat… then he showed us all the good spots around the city.. would go back just too see him again
