We had a very comfortable stay. The room was a great size - perfect for 2x adults and 1x child with plenty of space to spread out. We really appreciated the little touches, from the welcome sign, to the nibbles and wine and all the little extras that make people feel welcome. The hosts are brilliant to deal with. We are recommending to family and friends when they are in the Hunter to book in here!

Everything about this place is exceptional. The owners are truly wonderful and have put so much care into refurbishing these carriages and they are absolutely beautiful! We couldn't get over how beautifully and thoughtfully they were decorated. I wish we could have stayed for longer this time but we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future. We've been telling everyone we meet about this place. We've traveled a lot and have stayed in holiday accommodations and this is one of my favorite places I've ever stayed.

We stayed at Emma's cottage for a destination wedding and it honestly exceeded our expectations. From the complimentary bottle of wine and croissants, to the lovely wine tasting we had - the staff were excellent, facilities fantastic, the bed super comfortable, and had everything we needed, plus more! This is a beautiful quaint hotel set in an old home. I really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was substantial. There is a common area downstairs with tea and coffee making facilities that are well equipped. I'd recommend it for a getaway night if you want somewhere with character.
