Beautiful room, very comfortable and cleverly combining the classic old with the stylish quality new, reminiscent of an apartment in Paris. Polite, professional and very helpful staff, with special thanks to Ryski in Harry' s Bar.

Clear instructions on and smooth check-in process, direct lift access from carpark to lobby and room levels, kitchen equipped with enough utensils for simple cooking. Loved the apartment layout with separate private bathrooms for both the bedrooms. Multiple cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Lovely view of the railway tracks traveling to the rail station nearby.

Excellent location. So easy to get public transport to anywhere in Melbourne. I really like the option of having a room with no housekeeping, it's often not needed and getting fresh towels was not a problem. Very handy to a self service laundry on premises. Great restaurants nearby. Their restaurant was good too !! Great sized rooms with little kitchenette and a large fridge, able to shop and make own breakfasts. The rates are excellent for the quality

Very comfortable bed, bathroom pleasant, lovely quiet,no noise from traffic, l most certainly would stay again, lovely breakfast too, altogether lovely pleasant stay.

Location is excellent a short walk to here and there. They upgraded me and I am very grateful. The room was spacious, I am a solo traveler but I can say the room they gave me is good and still spacious for 2. The bed is huge, the kitchen and appliances are all working. It totally exceeded my expectation because it's one of the low-mid priced hotels and I read reviews which tend for me not to expect anything great but no, it was great!

Great location, clean, comfy bed, friendly staff, 50m away from trams

Location is insanely good. Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Flight arrived earlier than expected but the staffs helped getting the room ready earlier.

The view was incredible from the 22nd floor! And the pool was gorgeous.

Took the kids into the city to buy presents for family.

It can be updated a bit. But the aircon system was good.

My room was clean and well stocked with hot water kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, stove, teas, and coffees. It was great!

View is absolutely amazing. Facilities and location are very nice. Staff is kind and easy to talk to, always very prompt to our request and questions.
