Beautifully presented 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of St Kilda. Featuring an open plan kitchen and living area, private balcony with unforgettable views. Located near funky cafes and restaurants. Immediately opposite Albert Park lake, and a short walk to MSAC, Albert Park golf course and St Kilda beach. Fast internet for Zoom/Teams calls and a comfortable space with height adjustable desk to work. A small gym/pool is available. Suit business traveler or romantic weekend away.
Fitzroy Street, St Kilda is one of Melbourne's pre-eminent entertaining precincts with plenty of restaurants, cafes and clubs. The apartment is opposite one of Melbourne's best recreational parks, famous for its Grand Prix each March/April. The apartment is in one of the best serviced areas for public transport in Melbourne: the No. 16 tram runs past the apartment (Kew to UniMelb). It is ~150m from the No. 96 tram/light rail (St Kilda Beach to East Brunswick); ~500m to the No. 12 tram (St Kilda to Victoria Gardens); ~500m to St Kilda junction to access the No. 5 tram (Malvern to UniMelb); No. 64 tram (East Brighton to UniMelb); and No. 67 tram (Carnegie to UniMelb).
