The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. It was a good size for a couple. I loved sitting on the front verandah having my morning cuppa. It felt very private. The grounds were beautifully kept and had lovely spots to sit and chat.

Loved the character and feel to the home. It has everything needed for guests and the yard with the fire pit and seated pergola is a bonus. The location is perfect for walking along the main street of Tenterfield and grabbing a coffee/dinner.

Presentation and unit facilities absolutely extraordinary. Hosts ( Peter and Sandy) friendly and helpful - nothing was troublesome.

The location is excellent, close to the Shopping centre. The property is an older residence, with board floors and old world furnishings. Excellently restored.

An all-round great stay, from the greeting, right through to the homemade amazing breakfast and checking out. We will most definitely return.

Great location. Lots of tea and coffee and sugar. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, and those odd supplies like cooking oil, salt etc. We enjoyed the games under the TV. My brother enjoyed Disney+. We lit the wood stove one evening just as a novelty, and that was great. Wood supplied, that's great too. Bird life in the backyard. Local site brochures in the house. A new carport. Lots of towels, lots of everything. Just one block to the creek walk and two blocks to Coles. A quiet neighbourhood.

The location was fantastic with easy access to town and the tranquility of the countryside undisturbed by noise and light pollution, made for a truly relaxing getaway. We often commented how peaceful and quiet the location was during our stay. The host Cathryn has thought of everything, the house was the best equipped I have stayed in and thoughtful touches like waffle mix and a well stocked were very appreciated. The bubble tents on site looked like fun and the local neighbours were warm and welcoming. We have stayed in many wonderful places in the area but this is certainly our new favourite. A truly memorable stay, we will definitely visit again!
