United StatesVery well equipped, restaurant next door, right beside the falls. The apartment we rented was on the 3rd floor so getting luggage up and down was a bit of a struggle. Its a well equipped, very comfortable, spotlessly clean facility with easy parking outside or behind the complex during the day. Owner is very pleasant. Nice area with plenty to see and do in the vicinity. Perfect for visiting Spa Francochamps and all the historical villages nearby.

Puerto RicoThe property was in a great location, just in front of the train station! We stayed there for the Belgian Grand Prix and it was very accessible by car (thanks to the host who got us a private driver who would take us and pick us up).
It was clean and comfortable. The host was incredibly nice and helpful. They even brought us groceries to save us the trip to the grocery store.
The town and the nearby towns are incredibly beautiful.
We would 100% recommend this property to anyone.

Friendly hosts and swift communication. Nice holiday house. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious eating and sitting area. Satelite TV. Free and easy parking. Access to Circuit de Spa by Train/Bus from Coo via Trois Ponts. Best to take car on the small road that continue all the way to Stavelot. Here you can park away from the main road. From Stavelot it's 5-6 km to Circuit de Spa. All the way from the house to Circuit de Spa is 10-11 km.

Location and views, very quiet when we arrived, local town’s lovely
Apartment was small but enough and kitchen well equipped.. Luckily we were given a welcome pack as forgot washing up liquid/ sponge and cloth plus there was a roll of toilet paper so no rush to the shops !

Beautiful location and a great old farmhouse. Our family of 8 adults had more than enough room. There were 2 showers and a bath as well as 3 toilets. We all slept well in the beds. The huge kitchen and dining room were well stocked and a joy to be in.
We didn't realise that we needed to provide our own toilet paper. However Stavelot is a few minutes drive away and is a beautiful little town worthy of exploring. We can highly recommend.

We booked a 3 night stay here as we were visiting the Spa -Francochamp circuit nearby.
Good sized kitchen and lounge area.
Powerful shower. Rooms were cleaned and well appointed.
Very peaceful location with views out to the meadow and river. Ideal if you want to do some BBQs.
Good location only a few minutes drive from Stavelot and Trois-Ponts
Lots of space for parking.
Good selection of beers available at the bar.

The hospitality of the owners really did it! The owner offered to move his car so we could park our motorcycle on a tarmac like surface, in stead of gravel. We had a little terrace. The room was very spacious with more than enough power-outlets, a spacious and wel equipped bathroom and tot op things off: a separate room that was to be used as a kitchen and a dining (or better, breakfast) room. In fact we had the second floor to ourselves. The breakfast was very complete, with fresh (and still warm) croissants) and sufficient.

The environment, the calm and also the fact we had a kitchen and it was well equipped.
We had just a lot of fun. Also you get out of the apartment and you are in the forest. Beautiful hikes to do. Shops are also easy to access.

The hut is small but extremely cosy and more than enough for 2 people (and a dog). Kitchen was super well equipped, everything was working fine and was easy to use, including a gas fireplace. Hosts were unbelievably helpful and proactive.

Charming little cottage, perfect for a family. The surroundings are enchanting, and you can start hiking right from the front door. We spent Christmas there, and although it was a bit awkward at first, it was manageable with all the items provided in the kitchen. The host is super super nice. Almedy, with all the shops, is nearby + very nice place.

The place is great (nature: forest, river, waterfall not far away), many possibilities for kids activities, the apartament was comfortable, had everything in the kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, even a wine opener, coffee maker). There is a pool, a restaurant and a bar. A lot of parking place and a charger for electrical cars). Reception staff was friendly.
