Self-Catering Accommodations in Paradiso

Wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and the staff went above and beyond to support us. The food and room service were excellent, and the restaurants downstairs were both welcoming and exceptional. It’s one of those rare places that truly feels like home. A must-stay if you’re visiting Lugano!

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to Lugano Lake and downtown, yet it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and roomy with a beautiful view towards Lugano Lake. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary stuff to comfortably prepare meals. Communication with Nataliano was very easy and precise. We established contact on WhatsUp and our host gave us precise instructions on how to get to the apartment, where to park and how to get the keys. He even added videos clearly showing the location of parking and key boxes.

The stay is spacious, has gorgeous views, and offers parking. What makes it truly exceptional tho are the hosts! We arrived late at night, and Roxanne ensured we had a smooth check in by being available for all of our queries. Roxanne went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally dropped our car keys in the elevator shaft. She arranged maintenance to help us even though it was a Sunday. We were truly grateful for her words and support throughout.

There was plenty of room. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The beds were reasonably comfortable.

Beautiful location on the lake, ideal for watersports like sup and kayak. Stunning views. Nice BBQ area and firewood provided. Parking onsite.

Perfect View! Super Clean! Just Perfect!

The view is the best like all other reviews mentioned. The Quokka staffs are always helpful, made very clear instructions for check in and parking. A bit like puzzle game but we can solve it easily. Location is good, by driving it’s very close to the Lugano downtown, by walk we can reach the cable car, and supermarkets. For EV cars, there is a mid-speed charging station just 2 min walk from the facility, very convenient.

It is a beautiful apartment, and has an amazing private beach. This is the second stay for me in the apartment. The price is reasonable. Everything is available in it with a private parking.

The view is stunning! The apartment is spacious and with 2 bathrooms it is very easy with 4 adults. The kitchen is narrow but very well stocked with pots and pans, plates and all that. Grateful for coffee pods left for us for Nespresso machine. 🙂 Beds are super comfortable. Very easy to relax and enjoy a stay away from home 😃

Erica and Jean are the most lovely people. All of their recommendations were fantastic. The apartment is stunning! The interiors, the view and the amenities are top notch. Our family wanted to move in and hang out with our new friends. Stay here, you will be delighted!
