The property manage, Yahya was great. He was very communicative and helped us out with everything we needed. He even helped us arrange to have some laundry washed and let my kids play some of his video games. We had a great stay!

Fantastic location on the West Bank, far from the noise and bustle of the city on the East bank. Tibs is tucked in on a back road, right where the green fields and palm trees come to an abrupt stop with the desert beyond. The only thing that beats the location and views from the rooftop is the friendliness and hospitality of the hosts, Mahmut, and the rest of his family! The included breakfast is fresh, abundant, and deliciously typical. Next time we are in Luxor, this is where we'll be staying.

This place is absolutely wonderful; every detail seems to have been crafted with love. The atmosphere is deeply serene, and the rooms are decorated with authentic Egyptian charm, making the experience truly special. All the staff were incredibly professional and made us feel safe and comfortable (something that's often hard to find when traveling in Egypt). We booked several tours through the hotel, and they were fantastic. Don't book with anyone else; this is the undisputed best choice in terms of both price and service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return!

Villa Ramses is the perfect location (1 minute’s walk from the Nile,) all new and luxurious furnishings, and with management that’s perfect (helpful and incredibly gracious.) Ahmed even arranged for my horseback riding trip at pricing below the quoted rate. Breakfast on the terrace offered the best fresh food anywhere and enjoyed with daily views of the Nile and surrounding village. My beautiful room included a full kitchen and sitting area with two balcony access points. The owners thoughtfully purchased all quality materials, making the experience my favorite ever. This villa is a quiet getaway to luxurious life yet located in the heart of Luxor’s West side.

It is a wonderful place, really beautiful, and also quiet, and the best thing is the view of the Nile, and the best thing is that it is a very clean apartment and good service as well. I also thank Mr. Ammar Abdel Hadi because he is a respectable person and has a good reception. The place is also available and he has a private car at the best and lowest price in Luxor.

Our family of 5 stayed here and we were very comfortable. The place is on the west bank and it is very private and much quieter than the east bank. Ahmed, the owner, is super kind and very hospitable. He was available at all times to answer any questions and offered to help if we needed anything. Khalid showed up every morning to make us breakfast and stayed around to clean afterwards. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and for all your help!

Extremely friendly, perfectly clean, wonderful rooms, amazing breakfast, great location. A true treasure. Would pick it anytime over any of the 5-star hotels on the east bank.

The Residence is a tastefully decorated Luxor villa located in a peaceful area of the West Bank. It is blissfully removed from the tourist-populated streets and noisy symphonies of the other side. It has a spacious kitchen with all the gadgets and tools, a bedroom that is insulated from the heat outside, a study, a bar, a cosy garden with a fountain, and a terrific 2nd floor / terrace that has all the atmosphere to make you feel like an author in retreat. Furthermore, you have an excellent helping hand who can arrange breakfast, meals and transport. If you would like to socialise, Jewel Howard Carter Hotel with its bar is a mere 3 min walk away. More restaurants are accessible in the area. The Valley and the Temple of Hatshepsut can be reached in 15-20 minutes. You can always cross the Nile to the other side if you want stimulation. Enveloped in peace and calm, we were lucky to not have checked into a hotel.

Everything. The architecture is gorgeous. The staff were all extremely helpful - working with me when I came in on a very late flight to help me check-in. There's a small shop and an atm within walking distance with a variety of food/snacks.

The place is truly beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The owner, Mahmoud, helped me with my trip to Luxor. The place is in a quiet village, not in the crowded and noisy city. I had a delicious Egyptian breakfast. Surrounded by greenery and the sunrise, you feel right at home. I recommend it 100%.

Luxor Adventure Guest House was an amazing place to stay in Luxor. It feels more like a cozy Airbnb apartment than a hotel, with a calm and authentic atmosphere. The location was great and very quiet at night, so we could really rest. Hamada was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful, and his cousin “Happy” made us feel at home from the first moment. They even brought us food, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had strong hot water, which was perfect after long days of exploring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor, especially if you are planning desert trips or adventures.

The house is close to the Nile, with a beautiful view and a very peaceful atmosphere. There is a large swimming pool, and the house is very spacious. A chef was arranged to cook for us, and the local food was delicious.

The place is comfortable. It has a well equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, nice bed and a great view of the west bank mountain. Noby is a great funny guy, he gives you all the tips and hints you need to know about Luxor. He manages your transportation and helps you to book tours to places of interest, always giving you a fair price.

It was very easy to get the keys from Anna. Since we arrived early, we were able to leave our bags in the apartment, which was very convenient. Anna, the host, was incredibly hospitable. When we found our initial room a bit too cold, Anna kindly moved us to another room with a fantastic view. The garden and swimming pool are lovely, creating a calm yet vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this place!
